The best location at the top of Collins St... older 80s style big building which still feels really elegant especially with rooms updated in the past couple of years. Amazing views from every single room.

酒店本身係一棟非常高嘅大廈，房間坐落喺非常高嘅樓層，在窗口可以俯瞰成個城市景觀，非常開陽！房間設計行型格路線，帶有少少法式情調！房間尚算寬躺，特別要提房內嘅大班椅，非常舒適！唯一美中不足，是洗手間內可放物件嘅台面不太足夠！特別要點讚前台員工，check-in 時，非常友善，態度誠懇，不厭其煩並且有效率地解決我嘅問題！

我第一次開跑車來的，泊車員每次都是小跑過來迎接我的，而且能記住我的名字。後來我的車去修了，這次我開保險公司給的車來的。三天三夜十多次泊車，每次都讓我等，每次都記不住我，每次都問我是來幹嘛的，我是來****。下次直接住crown了。

在攜程上搜尋到的酒店，看起來周邊環境很好， 酒店處於市區，交通便利。

I think that this hotel has the greatest location with services including turndown. There is nothing to complain. I would like to list some points that i was not satisfied. 1. Valet parking fee applied daily is high. 2. Breakfast quality. They have great food, but the variety of the food served was not satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay for the foo fighters concert. The room was everything we wanted. Extra effort and services and the thoughtful welcome chocolates we received on check in. Everything was in immaculate condition, in room services were plentiful and thoughtful. Can’t wait to come back. Thankyou

I was surprised to have to pay for my stay on arrival. I hsd assumed that only the $200 deposit was required .

Best not to keep people waiting unattended for breakfast, otherwise a solid performance

Elegant decor, immaculate service, great food during our conference and the buffet breakfast was excellent as well. Soft sensor light coming on when entering the bathroom is a nice touch, free bottle of sparkling wine day of check in was a nice surprise
