Muy contestas con la estancia, las instalaciones buenas. En primer lugar dar las gracias a Aya (recepcionista) por hacer el esfuerzo de entendernos y explicarnos todo con mucha paciencia y también a los animadores, en especial a Abdelrani por integrarnos y hacernos partícipes en las actividades, siempre con una sonrisa e intentando hablar español para que lo entendiéramos. Ha sido muy divertida vivir esta experiencia.

I recently stayed at Palais Mehdi in Marrakesh, Morocco and it was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. An escape from the chaos of the city center to return to at the end of the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. And let's not forget about the beautiful pool, which was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. Free parking too! Overall, we had an amazing stay at Palais Mehdi and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Marrakesh. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable!

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing grounds and a lovely pool area and excellent main restaurant. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. The spa was excellent. The main building is beautiful with real fires throughout. There were a few small areas of disappointment; the room (21) we had was basic with two single beds pushed together with a topper so a ridge down the middle, the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. Tea and coffee provided but no milk, and no fruit in the room. Like many people we wanted facilities after checkout due to late flights but this wasn’t possible which is an issue- we were just told ‘no’. We were surprised that nobody shared any information about possible excursions etc - a missed opportunity. In summary this place really is beautiful but needs to improve a few small areas to take it to 5 out of 5.
