Valoraciones de Riad Zayane

Agradable estancia con anfitrión muy amable. Desayuno formidable muy vsriafo en una agradable terraza (azotea) con mucha vegetacion. Y carpa como salon de te. Muy céntrico. A 5 minutos, andando, de la Plaza Jemaa Elf Na. Muy recomendable.

Excelente en todos los aspectos. Hospitalidad, comida, limpieza, tranquilidad...cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar, ellos te lo resolverán sin problema alguno. Está ubicado más apartado del bullicioso centro de la medina, algo que nosotros agradecimos. Aún así está a 10-12 minutos callejeando.

Hemos pasado 3 dias en este Riad y como en casa. Precioso, habitaciones temáticas muy bonitas, acogedoras y limpias. Trato excepcional de Shamira y Javel, muy amables y comprometidos con cualquier cosa que nos hiciera falta. Cuidan hasta el minimo detalle. Muy bien ubicado, a 15 min andando de la Plaza Fna. Dentro de la Medina, pero muy cerca de la salida para coger un taxi y no tener que caminar con las maletas. Nos fuimos con la promesa de volver pronto... Desayunos muy buenos, todo natural y delicioso. Muy recomendable y a un precio inigualable por su calidad. El proximo viaje pasaremos más tiempo en el Riad sin duda.

Ser dejado al final de la calle por el transfer del aeropuerto y ser dirigido por la bulliciosa calle/callejón y decirle que tome la tercera a la derecha fue un poco desalentador; un aluvión de imágenes, sonidos y olores (agradables) en nuestros sentidos. Pero no deberíamos habernos preocupado, Riad Zayane era fácil de encontrar y se sentía muy seguro caminando por la calle. Samira nos recibió e inmediatamente nos hizo sentir como en casa y nos sentamos a tomar té de menta y pasteles mientras nuestra habitación estaba preparada (habíamos llegado temprano). Muchas otras reseñas han dicho lo mismo, y es un poco un cliché, pero Riad Zayane realmente es un pequeño oasis de calma en una ciudad ajetreada. Samira proporcionó un mapa de Marrakech y señaló los lugares de interés clave, luego, una vez que dejamos nuestras maletas, nos aventuramos a explorar la ciudad. Habíamos reservado la cena que fue preparada por Samira y Marika, que fue increíble y cada noche que comimos en el riad. Jaoud y Yassin, que estuvieron disponibles por las noches, fueron excepcionalmente amables, serviciales y nada fue demasiado problema; como reservar taxis, viajes y restaurantes. Nos alojamos en la suite Oasis, que era exactamente como aparece en las fotos, muy cómoda y estaba impecablemente limpia. En general, unas vacaciones fantásticas en Riad Zayane, muy recomendable y definitivamente me gustaría volver. Muchas gracias a todo el personal.

Llegué a la ciudad roja vieja en la primera ola de calor que atravesó el país, y en las afueras de la ciudad vieja el taxista me dirigió al lugar luego de comunicarse con ellos por teléfono, cuando esa morena me abrió la puerta; Sentí su sonrisa de sinceridad y contención, la casa estaba apacible y tranquila a pesar del canto de los pájaros, una casa antigua de la que no quieres salir, un cuarto bajo con vista al patio llama a la relajación, el servicio del personal de la casa Samira, Jawad y Malika es más que maravilloso, los sonidos de los vendedores cuando sales de casa te devuelven la memoria a los cuentos ¡Las mil y una noches!

Recientemente hemos regresado de una estancia muy agradable en Riad Zayane. Tendría que estar de acuerdo con la crítica anterior sobre la ubicación del Riad; pero reitero, por favor, no se desanime cuando camine por el callejón para llegar al Riad: son solo todos los comerciantes locales que venden sus productos, pero una vez que pasa por la puerta de madera negra, se siente a un millón de millas lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de ¡Marrakech y realmente seguro también! Desde nuestra llegada hasta la partida, todo el personal nos brindó un servicio impecable: Malika es realmente encantadora y sirve el desayuno y Samira cocina. Comimos en el Riad varias veces por la noche durante nuestra estadía y todas las comidas (de una selección de 6 menús fijos) fueron 😋. Estas dos damas encantadoras realmente nos cuidaron muy bien durante nuestra estadía y nada fue demasiado problema para ellas y nos sentimos realmente mimados durante nuestro tiempo allí. Pero una mención especial debe ir para Jaouad: fue un verdadero placer haber conocido a este joven genuino y cariñoso. Realmente nos cuidó excepcionalmente y sentimos que estábamos dejando a un amigo cuando volvimos a casa. siempre dispuesto a reservar restaurantes para nosotros en una noche. En nuestras salidas nocturnas, teníamos un taxista brillante (Moaad) que nuevamente nos cuidó tan bien que nos dejó donde queríamos comer y luego simplemente le pedimos al personal del restaurante que llamara a Moaad y él vendría a recogernos para llevarnos. nosotros de vuelta al Riad. En las noches que no salimos, nuestro amigo Jaouad realmente nos cuidó muy bien. Los desayunos eran diferentes cada mañana y siempre muy agradables; zumo de naranja recién exprimido, fruta, yogur, tostadas y pan recién hecho, croissants ya veces huevo, y siempre servido con una sonrisa. Nos alojamos en la habitación en la planta baja en nuestra primera noche y luego nos cambiaron a la habitación Warda, no demasiado grande, pero la decoración era verdaderamente marroquí y tenía una gran ducha y agua siempre caliente. Nuestra habitación la limpiaban todos los días las encantadoras Malika y Samira. Gracias a Jaouad, Malika y Samira por hacer que nuestra primera estancia en un Riad fuera tan memorable. valeria y roy

We walked through the bustling market and turned into a quiet road where Riad Zayane is situated. Step inside, shut the door and the silence is deafening. A lovely Riad.staff friendly and helpful.we chose to eat at the Riad in the evening and we were not disappointed. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee. The roof terrace is fine and perfect for a beer and chill after the souks. All in all very good

I can only echo previous good reviews. We had 4 nights here and loved every minute. I emailed the hotel prior to visiting and arranged a taxi from the airport. We also decided to eat at the Riad that evening as we had a early start and the food and service were excellent. We had a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Ww went out on a trip early one day so they gave us warm breakfast to take with us. We booked our trips via Viator and did the atlas mountains, quad bike with camal ride and evening show, also did a day trip to the coastal town of Essouria. All trips were excellent and value for money. We loved our stay and will be back for sure and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for a great stay.

We have just come back from staying in Riad Zayane. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is a bother, they will help you with everything. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had dinner in Riad Zayane and the food was delicious and so was the Moroccan Rose wine. I am glad I chose to stay in a Riad and also so glad I chose Riad Zayane.

From start to end, it was an amazing stay! The host (jaouad) welcomed us and provided us with very detailed advice on the city, things to do, things to look out for and simple Arabic to negotiate cheaper prices in the souks. He was incredibly helpful and so kind. During our stay the girls (Samira, Maliki and Ikram) ensured we always had a lovely breakfast, felt taken care of and overall incredibly sweet and warming. Both Toby and I cannot thank you four enough for sharing your country, traditions and values with us. We had an incredible experience and a wonderful birthday trip in Marrakesh because of you four and we look to be back later this year. The room itself was always clean, spacious and filled with culture. The riad itself was clean, quiet and in a perfect location. It was super easy to walk to the main square, the souk and also the new town. Taxis stop right outside the main road and it felt like you were always emerged in with the locals. It felt lovely to see all the boys playing football when we wondered back at night. Also yummy fresh breakfast every morning! The aircon was a lifesaver after the warm day, the bathroom was always clean and the Riad had such a tranquil feel. You forget that you’re in the chaotic hustle and bustle of Marrakesh once you step foot inside. If you don’t see us first, you will definitely see our family as we have not stopped singing your praises for them to visit you. Shukram Jaouad, Samira, Maliki and Ikram. Inshallah to you all.

Another 5 star review for Riad Zayane. The interior is beautiful and tranquil, and the staff are warm and welcoming and always ready to help. We had a stunning looking room with a bay window seat looking into the courtyard. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. After a long day of hiking in the Atlas Mountains we opted to eat in. The meal consisted of a selection of colourful salads to start with followed by a fish terrine with fruit for dessert, and was excellent. The Moroccan wine was good and the prices very reasonable. The roof terrace is ideal for some late afternoon sun with a Casablanca beer. The Zayane is a real oasis of peace and calm in contrast to the streets surrounding it, a really great place to stay

We stayed here for 5 nights last week. We arrived by taxi and as we didn’t know how we would find the Riad we got the taxi driver to call the reception and the lovely Ikrame came to the main road to meet us - otherwise we would not have found it! We had a lovely welcome on arrival. We had asked for a twin room but on arrival we were given a double. After Ikrame checked a few things out we were given a twin room. It had everything you would need for a 5 night stay. Breakfast every morning was good - there was always something I could eat as I’m very fussy. They have a lovely rooftop terrace if you wish to relax. They have a few items of drinks ie beer wine etc and are very accommodating if you want ice…

Beautiful Riad. Lovely attentive staff good location for all the attractions. Highly recommend this place to stay. WiFi is good. Rooftop is lovely in the evening to relax. Central Court is lovely any time of the day. So peaceful from the hustle and bustle just outside. Samira, Malika and Icram really looked after us on our stay.

Whilst Marrakech is a wonder of sights and experiences, Riad Zayane made the holiday, the building is lovely, calm and relaxing and ideally located but like many venues it is the staff that make it and Riad Zayane has by far the nicest you could wish to encounter, nothing to much trouble, always a genuine smile and eager to please, booking trips, offering advise and organising things. If we were to go back to Marrakech, even though the city has so much going on, we would not look for a different place to stay - they were that good!
