Beautiful location looking out at the mountains from the terrace. Friendly staff was very helpful with suggestions and service. Breakfast was amazing with eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast, and fresh fruit!

Customer service was satisfactory but rooms were not clean. Had a strange smell. Bed sheet and blankets were smelly too. I recommend you to please change bed sheets and blanket sheet after each use and keep a room freshener spray inside. Morning view from the hotel was absolutely amazing.

I changed my plan last minute. Hotel offered refund.

ヒマラヤが望める最高のロケーションにある上、朝日、夕陽共に見ることができるホテルです。特徴的な屋上と朝食会場でもあるテラスからヒマラヤが良く見えます。私が泊まった部屋からも見えました。(全てお天気次第ですが)スタッフは皆さん物静かで穏やかです。

工事中のホテルでした ネパールのホテルは冷蔵庫は無いんですね！屋上から見る山々は大変素晴らしかったです　食事はとても美味しく頂きました。

古い部屋。虫が部屋にいる。隣に建て替え中。 今年、来年は、辞めた方がいい。 工事もうるさい。

一點也不推薦，被子底下的毯子都臟成黑色的了，路一點也不好走，全部都是土……然後到這酒店還要各種爬台階，一點也不方便

景色無敵好，就是旁邊在蓋一棟新的樓，有噪音。設施一般般，為了景色值得了

我認為都蒙咖啡小屋和平酒店是Nagarkot 性價比很高的酒店，我在那裡度過了愉快的2天

We love staying here. The view from the meals area is awesome, even when the clouds are out and the mountains are covered. But when the clouds clear the mountain view is awesome. We liked our room and love the food. The menu is varied and we loved it. We stay here every year because the service is awesome and the price is reasonable. The manager is awesome and the wait staff are very friendly. Totally recommend it. (They are building a new building so it can be a little noisy at times, but not in our room. And the stairs up to the dining hall are steep, but it's worth it for the view! Neither of these bothered us.)

Very late service. Staff and management is utter shambles and timing you give they listen 30 min late . The WiFi doesn't work properly on the new building. Bit expensive on what I get at similar price and very disappointed . It's off season but still if I order food 1 hour ago and arrive 1 hour after how am I getting food after 1.30 hour . I can go to a restaurant and get the same meal at 15 min .

We were there for lunch today after a hike up Nagarkot Tower. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We ordered the Chicken Sweet & Sour rice and Chicken Manchurian rice. Both were above average. However, if compared to the standard back home, it's inferior. The sauces were not perfectly done up. The hot chocolate was also bland. Services, though were good and attentive.

Excellent location where from you can see full view of both sunset & sunrise. Fresh and delicious food with warm hospitality. Accommodation are spacious, airy and with enough lights. My family of 9 personnel enjoyed the stay. And most importantly, it’s very reasonably priced in comparison to some other hotels/resorts which are too expensive. I would however recommend the following improvements: 1. Facility of immediate hot water tap. 2. Beverages & tea/coffee availability in the bedroom. 3. Disability access as it has several steep steps to the hotel reception, dinning & recreational area. 4. A clear mountain guide table for visitors to refer when viewing mountain ranges. 5. A clear walking map (leaflet) for customers to grab when hiking around.
