No es un balneario. Es una piscina con chorros que no están en funcionamiento todo el rato y ni siquiera los puede poner el cliente con un botón. Funcionan solo de vez en cuando, por lo que parece una piscina “pública” llena de niños. Cuando sales del agua, hace frío hasta que te secas. Hay overbooking, por lo que no hay tumbonas para todos. La gente se pelea por las tumbonas y los chorros, por lo que te agobias en vez de relajarte. Hay una ducha para todo el balneario en los vestuarios compartidos, por lo que la idea es que te vayas sin ducharte. El restaurante de la piscina tiene el aire acondicionado puesto para que entres húmedo y te resfríes. Si has estado en balnearios como los de Pirineos, esto no tiene nada que ver. No lo recomiendo. Puede ser un buen plan de domingo para los locales, pero para alguien de fuera buscando un balneario, no lo es. Le pongo 3 estrellas solo por el masaje que estuvo muy bien.

Few days before visiting the thermal spa, i booked a couple’s offer for valentine’s day. The reception on the phone call confirmed my reservation for 100eur. On their official webpage the offer includes among other things also a Towel, Body scrub and a piece of cake for both. At the arrival at the reception we got only sheets, no towels. Also, the price at the reception desk was charged by 10euros higher than the price i was informed on the phone call. Later, in the sauna there was no body scrub. I went to get it at the reception. After the sauna, we went for sparkling wine in the resraurant which was included in the offer with the cake. We only got the sparkling wine, about the cake we had to actually ask for. When we were leaving by the reception, the staff didn’t say goodbye, i had to say it first, to avoid an awkward moment of farewell.

We had a wonderful stay. great apartment. all necessities were there and some extras for the children colors and coloring books. Also great oils next to the bed! And beds were good, spacious shower. the breakfast had a lot of choice and very tasty and the dinner was great priced, we took the turkey in cream sauce and it was delicious! we also used the swimming pool and I thought it was definitely a plus that it was open until 10 o'clock in the evening on Friday because we were a little later! we enjoyed ourselves, thank you and we will come back for sure

The bedsheets had stains and the room in general was dirty, the fridge had a terrible smell and the choice of food was very limited. The room and everyhing in it looked very old and worn. The radiators barely worked. They also only gave one room entry card which meant that I couldn’t charge my phone while i wasn’t in my room.

The water in the indoor pool was pleasantly warm so you can actually enjoy soaking in it. The view from inside out is gorgeous. The spa is surrounded by nature, mountains and forests. But inside is just a quite medium sized pool without slides or attractions. The slow river did not work so that was disappointing. You can enjoy quite relaxing day or a few hours in Terme Snovik.

We stayed in Eko Terme Snovik, because we wanted to near the mountains of Velika Planina, yet have the luxury of spa available to us. Our idea was to soak our bodies in a hot pool after walking all day. But this Terme doesn't work like that. Most pools close at 20:00. To use saunas, you need to book it before. Second issue: half-board. While breakfast was great, tasty and plentiful, the dinner wasn't. There were three meals to choose from, available for self-service. It lacked the atmosphere and finesse of a real restaurant. Third: for all the money it costed, the room wasn't really nice. It had this sort of a gloomy feeling with old photos and religious motifs. I don't say it was all bad. As stated in the title, we were just not the right target group. For seniors wishing to enjoy spas while not needing to walk long distances, or for families with children who play in the swimming pool all day long, it may be a perfect place.

We visited Terme Snovik for 1 day. The pools were nice. I liked the Kneipp walking path with different walking surfaces. We enjoyed the upstairs outdoor patio, it was quiet and not crowded. Deckchairs and sunshades were complementary. There were some problems though. The receptionist at check-in was cold and uncommunicative. There are only 4 women’s toilets and they were smelly. The food stand operates only till 17h (5 PM). We purchased 1 toast sandwich, 1 French fries, 1 coca cola and 1 mineral water. We later found out that toast + coke makes a combo, and we could have saved 1.5 euro. It’s not a big deal but, the barmaid could have offer us the combo when she saw what we were buying. The light in the changing room was not working. The electronic gate at exit was not working, which resulted in a long line. There were 3 employees close by but no one could be bothered to deal with that. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Struttura immersa nel verde... Gli appartamenti non distanti dal centro termale,sono spaziosi e confortevoli. La colazione è internazionale e a buffet...tutto molto buono!!! La capitale Lubiana dista a 30 km... Vale la pena visitarla!!!
