Mardin’in hava şartları kötü zamanında gitmiş olmamıza rağmen otel personeli ve işletmecisi Tarık Bey bizi harika karşıladı, göz gözü görmeyen sis ve aşırı yağmurda yolda kalmış olmamıza rağmen bizi yoldan karşıladılar hemen sıcak çay ikram ettiler bizi rahat ve mutlu etmek adına gerçekten çok içten ve samimiyetle davrandılar.. Tüm personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü..Kahvaltısı şahaneydi yok yoktu ellerine sağlık 🙏🏼.. ilkbaharda tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz başka otelde asla kalmayız .. Biz çok memnun kaldık ve rahat ettik .. Ayrılırken Tarık beyle vedalaşamadık ama buradan herkese sonsuz sevgi ve selamlar iletiyorum tekrar .. Bu dünya böyle güzel ve iyi insanlar yüzü suyu hürmetine dönüyor , iyi ki varsınız 🙏🏼 Teyzemin ve benim adıma yardımlarınız için çooookkk teşekkürler🙏🏼

Just perfect, the room very clean and has everything we needed, the staff are friendly, kind, always go out of their way to help, they just so lovely…the views from the hotel are amazing.. you will not regret booking We will definitely be back!! Amazing amazing amazing ♥️♥️

Ailecek kaldığımız çok güzel bir konak otel. Aynı zamanda eski Mardin'de şehrin kalabalığından uzak rahat bir nefes alabileceğiniz tarihi bir yapı. 3 gece konakladık, uygun fiyatı, sınırsız kahvaltı ve içecek imkanlarıyla çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle otelin müdürü Mustafa bey tüm misafirlerine çok ilgili, her isteğimizi hemen halletti sağolsun. Eylül veya Ekim aylarında tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Yine adresimiz Fairouz Konak hotel.

Sıcak,samimi ,temiz ve de çok güzel enerjisi olan bir yerdi.Herkes çok yardımcı olmaya çalıştı.Hersey çok güzeldi.bir daha gelip en az 3 gün kalmayı planlıyorum.kesinlikle araya sıkıştırılacak bir yer değil.fiyati da verilen hizmete göre uygundu

Lovely, clean hotel. Rooms were well equipped with toiletries and slippers. Beautiful building with such character set on many different levels. Great buffet breakfast, with many traditional choices and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend- thank you

the bathroom was terrible, you would get in through the shower, the shower had a hose, that got the bathroom all wet, and has a sewer smell. very overpriced

Mardin old town is a remarkable destination - fabulous architecture, great shopping, many wonderful restaurants, and world renown historic sites nearby. We stayed at Fairouz Konak Otel, which we would highly recommend - it is a historic building in the heart of Mardin old town, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and stores, We were welcomed by our thoughtful host with delicious offerings of food and drink; he was able to answer all our questions about his city. The hotel was memorable for its charming rooms, fantastic panoramic views from many terraces, delicious breakfasts, and excellent host and staff, We highly recommend a visit to Mardin and a stay at Fairouz Konak Otel!

Nicest owner ever! Mr Tarik Altun has been so nice, helpful and client oriented! The atmosphere of old city, real ancient house/rooms ( more than 700 years old) and amazing design makes it a must visit for us. Room is very clean and very comfortable. Hotel located in the center of old Mardin.
