The Aryaduta Manado hotel, once a beacon of hospitality, seems to have dimmed over the years. The potential of this establishment is undeniable, but it's evident that its best days are in the rearview mirror. A noticeable lack of meticulous care on the premises is a disappoin**ent. The grounds aren't kept with the pristine attention one might expect from a hotel of its reputation. A major letdown is the swimming pool. The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

Room is spacious and nice view of the city but it's quite old hotel so facilities wise is old. Power trap twice during my stay. Location is good, near shopping mall and convince shop just nearby. Staff is friendly.

the location is very strategic right at the town center. The hotel is a bit old but well maintain and very spacious. I love the views from the hotel overlook beautiful mountain hill and ocean. Only thing lack is the choices of food and dining very limited.

It is well located in the city center with amazing views if you book top floors and ask for the sew view. It has a bathtub, a fridge and friendly reception service. The hot water can be more like lukewarm rather than hot, but still ok. Some people might find the AC not cold or strong enough but it was good for me.

Receptionist team helpful and fast handling. Bed need to changed and bed sheet not being replaced and smell bad. Toilet is leaking somehow and water makes floor wet. Also noise from outside makes my sleep less enjoyable. Plus points : Room is spacious, internet working fine, and staff is helpful. Location is good as well.

It's a good place at a fair price.the rooms are a bit tired.

Bike sound from outside is too annoying and continue till 1am. Old hotel have old facilities. Nice view can see Bunaken island but that's all.

Location is good, near the coast, eateries, megamall. The hotel is surprisingly quite run down. The bed was terribly stained ... patched of dirt and blood. Not comfortable at all.. strong smell also. The shower curtains are dirty. Aircon is musky.
