Love the Club lounge, feels really exclusive. Oh yeah, happy hour drinks and food on the house too..yum yum. Location is superb. But the indoor-ish pool is not somewhere I would hang out, more for kids I think. Service is excellent and the rooms are wonderfully homey and well appointed. Would be back♥️

the hotel was located at the heart of makati District. Good location.
All staff very friendly.
Only downfall, the hall way and inside the room it smelled like someone cooked a ton of garlic.
very strong smell, too overwhelming.
The bed wasn't that comfortable , the mattress had a big lump and at the center was sunk.
pillow too soft...

had a bad experience, first nite I put on do not disturb but the front office still call me at 8:30am , this is really disappointing, what is the purpose of the do not disturb sign ?

Spacious room with good and ready utensils for service apartment setting. Nice bath tub for soaking after a tired business day. Free welcome drinks and snacks.

This hotel was beyond belief excellent. I’ve stayed at 5 Star hotels and this hotel exceeded all expectations. Staff here are highly trained in accommodating every need a guest can have, and doing it with professionalism and respect with a extremely high degree of skills that cannot be matched anywhere else. This hotel and the management here could give top brands training on how to run a hotel. Staying here we were treated like royalty by everyone we came into contact with, from doorman all the way up the chain they exceeded expectations on every level. This hotel never made you feel as if you were just another guest. You were greeted at the checkin with refreshing drinks without even asking for them. The staff here greeted you at every interaction to make sure that if you needed anything they could handle it. Was beyond amazed. I know this, they trained everyone here to the highest standards in the industry and then took that even further. If you want to be treated like royalty, then this is your place to get that level of treatment.

Had the studio room for one. Better than most hotels as they have a kitchenette which includes a sink with water filter, microwave, and induction oven. Really nice to have the water filter as you don’t need to go out and get water bottles.
