My experience with this stay was excellent. Although I booked at the last minute, the housekeeper warmly guided me through the check-in process, for which I am very grateful. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by how clean the floors were. The facilities are well-equipped, and I appreciated having a kettle for hot water and a hairdryer—both are very convenient, especially for long-term travelers. Additionally, there is a washing machine available. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Está ubicado justo al lado de Little Tokyo en Makati, por lo que la ubicación es bastante buena. El equipamiento mínimo estaba disponible y no tuve ninguna queja. Creo que es adecuado tanto para negocios como para hacer turismo.

Muy tranquilo, limpio y la habitación es realmente espaciosa. El personal del hotel es muy atento y amable. Recomendaría muy bien este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda en Manila.

Definitivamente es el hotel con el valor CP más alto en Makati. Hay una lavandería al lado que es muy conveniente por solo 150 pesos. También hay muchos restaurantes cerca y la vida nocturna también es muy rica.

Ubicación: 5/5. Fácil de localizar y está realmente en el certer. Servicio: 4/5. Es fácil hablar con la recepción, alegre y receptiva. También actualizan a los huéspedes desde los detalles del check-in hasta las actividades del hotel a través de Telegram. Sin embargo, su área de mejora son los asistentes de su resto (7F). Limpieza: 3/5. Las camas estaban limpias y ordenadas. La habitación que nos dieron estaba ordenada a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, el baño de nuestra habitación asignada tiene un olor acre que ni siquiera Lysol® puede eliminar. También había ninfas ocasionalmente. Servicios: 4/5. Si bien no cuenta con los habituales como piscina o gimnasio, cuenta con una galería de arte además de una azotea que tiene eventos todas las noches de fin de semana. Además, tienen juegos de cartas y de mesa que tomamos prestados. Estos hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera más agradable.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. En primer lugar, el bueno. Buena ubicación en colorido Poblacion (cerca del corazón de Makati pero mantenga la atención) y a precios razonables. El personal de buena amiga que se va a salir de su camino, Nino, Marlon y Leo (Nino en particular me dio gran ayuda cuando ING Australia había suspendido el uso de mi tarjeta ATM debido a su uso en el extranjero, aunque yo recomendé que yo fuera el extranjero! lol). La buena seguridad (puerta de seguridad de acero) y el buen valor. El mal .... pisos superiores sólo pueden acceder por escaleras que se parecen al ascenso a la cara de la muerte de K2 (por decir que es un poco apretado es una subestimación). Nimble jóvenes y familias podrían hacerlo, pero fue una gran tensión para personas mayores como yo, a pesar de que el personal amigable estaba contento de llevar mis maletas arriba. En segundo lugar, Internet debe ser gestionado por espíritus malvados - se conectaría y Internet se desconectaría o se negaría a conectarse repetidamente. Hay muchas otras opciones alternativas de Internet (rotadores diferentes para diferentes pisos) pero sería posible que tuvieras la misma mala experiencia en Internet cada vez más. Aunque no hay gran internet ni siquiera en Manila, al final del día la Internet aquí fue una experiencia muy frustrante y una gran dificultad si usted lo necesitaba absolutamente (que es la mayoría de nosotros). Las habitaciones estaban bien, y se llevó con aire acondicionado y estaban cerca de una estancia presupuestaria.

For those who have appointments in VFS Global. This is the perfect spot to avoid late and heavy traffic. Especially those who live in Visayas and Mindanao.

Somos huéspedes habituales de este hotel. El lugar es muy conveniente y está justo dentro del metro. Fácil acceso a transporte y restaurantes. La habitación y el baño son bastante pequeños. Esto es bueno para los viajeros. Me encanta el ático y la zona de la piscina. 👌👌👌

Me alojé en una habitación doble por una noche mientras estaba de paso en Manila. Hay una pasarela desde la T3 del Aeropuerto Internacional Ninoy Aquino a través de Runaway hasta Newport, donde se encuentran el hotel y ***, por lo que es fácil llegar allí. Las instalaciones en sí no son antiguas y están limpias, pero son decentes. El desayuno también es muy satisfactorio. Lo único decepcionante fue que la ducha, el baño y el inodoro eran pequeños y difíciles de usar. En los alrededores hay Marriott, Sheraton, etc., por lo que si tienes presupuesto te recomendamos alojarte allí. Hay un Lawson en el edificio del hotel. También recomiendo el restaurante ”Gerry's Grill”, que está a 2-3 minutos a pie del hotel. El trayecto hasta la T1 del Aeropuerto Internacional Ninoy Aquino fue de unos 20 minutos en Grab y costó unos 270 pesos.
