100php/hr if you request a early check in . Front office is not accommodating/ essential room make up for 2 days stay hanged on the door knob ignored by house keeping . Overall is an extortion to pay 100php per hr for early check in and to ignore a request for a room make up.

It would be better if this property offers an early check in without pay. If you check in before 2pm you will be paying a 100php per hour so think about your travel ahead.

The place is clean. I got a room upgrade upon checking in which is a very nice treat. The area is not that great but it’s near most establishments.

Отель новый. Однако стены и шкаф уже испорчены гостями. Комната маленькая. Бесшумный кондиционер, минихолодильник, в душе все в порядке, кровать удобная. Есть лифт. Посторонний шум в комнате минимален. Насекомые в комнате отсутствуют, что характерно для многих отелей. Берется депозит 2000 песо. Огорчило то, что комната не была готова к моменту моего заселения и персонал не спешил этого делать... В итоге заселился после 3 часов дня.

tôi có đặt phòng cho 2 người tuy nhiên không hiểu sao hệ thống hiển thị đặt 1 người, khi tới nơi họ báo chúng tôi là phòng chỉ có 1 người ở, tôi nhờ họ hỗ trợ và họ nói đồng ý cho chúng tôi huỷ phòng nếu bên trip.com đồng ý, tuy nhiên vào ngày hôm sau tôi liên hệ với bên trip.com hỗ trợ với bên khách sạn họ báo lại là không hỗ trợ huỷ phòng giúp tôi, trong khi ngày hôm qua tôi có tới nhận phòng họ nói sẽ hỗ trợ, thực sự là trải nghiệm khá tệ tại đây, họ đã không giữ đúng lời hứa với tôi, tôi sẽ sàng chấp nhận mất phí khi huỷ phòng vậy mà họ đã không hỗ trợ tôi vào ngày hôm sau

Booking has free cancelation policy but it will immediately charge with no refund. Hence we decided to stay here & it wasn’t a pleasing experience. During check in, security deposit was charged twice and they refused to refund us. And upon check out on a Sunday, they still yet to refund us. Being a backpacking holiday we didn’t have so much cash with us and it ruins our holiday and unable to purchase any gifts in Manila. Upon check out and they decided to impose smoking fine when none of us smoke in the room. The smell was due to I use a lighter to tear open the shampoo.

I booked two nights here (as well as an additional 6 nights), and when my plans changed, I requested a cancellation waiver with 10 days' notice. I sent it via the booking app and they choose to start playing bizarre games. They ignored my request and told the agent that they were thinking about my request. This was a lie, they had no intention of replying because they only had one thing on their mind - to scam foreigners. I also put a message up on a FB forum and sure enough learnt they've done this before. While I can understand that if they replied no, then at least I would have an answer. They ignored me then on the day of the reservation sent me countless emails, followed the next day by a week-in-advance message telling me I was all set for next week. I have never NOT had a response from a hotel and to ignore the company that markets your hotel is morally wrong. They are in one of the most popular areas for tourists and as a cheap hotel, they could easily resell this during that period. I would understand if it were 24-72 hours' notice given that is a short time. I choose a refund period booking, and all I asked was for a response. Something felt wrong when they did reply in the first 24 hours, as all other hotels have done so. Do not risk being caught up in whatever elaborate scam they've got going. Book elsewhere and don't get intimidated by their odd behaviour. Because I can assure you when it comes time to pay, they won't hesitate to email you constantly.
