Lovely room with 4theme park entry which is amazing. The room is cozy and the bathroom is very clean. Much better than I expected ngl.

The room is clean and comfortable. However, if you’re not taking a taxi, you’ll need to walk about 1 km to the nearest bus stop, take a bus to Helensvale, and then transfer to another bus to reach Movie World or Wet’n’Wild.

Come here for holiday with my family, my kids enjoying the hotel facility, it’s cold but they willing to enjoy the kids swimming pool. Book the hotel with 4 theme park tickets, good experience for the kids. Thanks

It was great experience staying at Seaworld. Customer service of Trip.com was good and fast. Very helpful when we had problem of booking. Will recommend to friends.

Check out time is 10am - too early and restrict. Penalty $30 for every one hour late.

Super convenient for families. Free tickets to theme parks, good value. The sound insulation between floors is not great. If upstairs travellers are froma different timezone, good luck. However kids can only be active for one hour or two in the evening after all, definitely not a concern.

Great family hotel for access to SeaWorld and other Gold Coast theme parks. I have to give a shout out to Debbie in housekeeping that helped to recover our lost items.

Location is perfect for families with cars. Public transport does not reach the hotel. Amenities are kids friendly except that the buffet breakfast is very busy during holidays. We queued 15-20 minutes each time. The greatest thing is you can come back and have a nap after half day in SeaWorld,recharged and resume. We came back to change our wet clothes from the boat fight ride. We love it, will come back. 对没车族不太友好，公车在一公里外。每次出行都要等Uber或步行。酒店设施对小朋友很友好。缺点是假期时自助早餐很忙，排队要15-20分排队。最方便的是去sea world可以中午回来休息，下午再战。我们回来换了打水仗湿了的衣服，该睡了一觉。很是方便哦。推荐，会再来的。

Worst hotel ever. My first time staying there was a few years ago. I gave it a second chance, completely regret. Worth Customer service I have ever experienced. Room was not clean, Cockroach in the room :(

I don’t nt understand why SeaWorld resort can get so many good comments. Maybe its the weather was bad. I stayed in Wing bay Garden view yesterday. Check in around 3:30pm with my two kids. The pass-way to the room was so weird like hospital hall way. As soon as I went in the room. That was as hair in the shower room and the shower facilities just basic. I asked fa cot and the staff just brought in front of three room door not set bed for us . I travelled a lot .. it’s first time experience this. Kinds movie night was probably was the most enjoyable for my girls. But don’t expect the best for this. Folding chair limited Bean Bag .Pool was so cold… Spa was small .I live in Logan and always had short trip on the weekends to Gold Coast. I sent AU$377 after discount with no breakfast … car park view for a night. Feels lucky only stay a night. Definitely can choose something better in Gold Coast area.

Went for my daughter's birthday. The hotel is really good for kids as they have a waterpark and pool for them to swim and play on. Also had a cinema that the kids could go to and enjoy a different movie.

The water of the pool was quite cold, laundry room was not very clean, the washing machines were very dirty inside. Staff was very good, overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the resort for the night. The room was clean . The beds were very comfortable. Had a wonderful day at Seaworld. We ordered a pizza from the Italian restaurant which was delicious . And the following day on leaving We spent the day at Movie World. Another brilliant day . Excellent valued package . Would definitely recommend.
