Premier Inn Maidstone (Allington)

Would highly recommend this Premier Inn. As you expect if a Premier inn the rooms were super clean, well equipped and comfortable. The bed was comfy , shower very good and convenience of adjoining rooms for my elderly Mum was great. The food at the pub attached was very good. Excellent quality and goid value for money. ALL the staff we encountered both in the hotel and restaurant were brilliant. They all were friendly, polite and helpful and did their best to make everything great for us! Super well done to the staff and manager! We would happily return. Many thanks .

We have just returned from a weekend stay with family at the Premier Inn Maidstone (Allington). We were a large group and from the time we arrived until the time we left all of the staff could not have been more helpful to us all. We arrived later than expected on Friday evening and thought we had missed the opportunity to have a meal. The waiter was so understanding and spoke to the kitchen staff who kindly agreed that we could order food. The food came up very quickly and was fresh and delicious. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We also ate there on the Sat evening as a large group and for breakfast on the Sunday morning. We all agreed that the service, food and staff were excellent. The restaurant, bar area (inside and outside) and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The front desk staff and everyone with whom we came into contact went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn to anywhere visiting this area. Leeds Castle is only a 15 minute drive from there and is well worth visiting as there is so much to do. Thank you to everyone there who helped make the weekend very enjoyable for us.

The room I stayed in as well as bathroom was clean. All employees was kind and try their best to help with anything, especially front desk lady. The place was quite. I would recommend this place anyone who appreciate rest and good night sleep after busy day

The kindness and attentiveness of all the staff was incredible. If something was not right in the room, they sorted it out immediately. It was such a wonderful stay!!!!

On arrival we found Luke and another receptionist they greeted us with a warm friendly greeting and kept.us informed of when our room was ready. On entering our room we found it to be clean and tidy as expected. We enjoyed a really good night's sleep the bed was very comfortable and the pillows too. We.found all the staff to be friendly and very helpful. My husband was very impressed with the overall service he received from Luke at reception, he went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this premier inn to our family and friends and would definitely come again. Well done

I stayed at the above for just the one night. All staff very helpful and friendly, the hotel and the room especially were very clean and tidy, I had everything in the room the room that U would need. Just 10 mins from family I was seeing the next day.

The staff are excellent, no problem is too small. Will be returing very soon. The location was the main reason in using this hotel. The Beefeater was very good with attentive staff. Special mention should be to Bella on reception. However, ALL staff were very helpful and made it an enjoyable stay.

The hotel itself and reception staff were fine. A plus in advance was the attached beefeater restaurant which again was fine for the meal we had in the evening. However the breakfast organisation and staff left a lot to be desired. A long wait for cooked breakfast when chosen which seemed to be haphazardly distributed to customers when it arrived. No apologies for delay...even when asked politely if food still coming..... .One member of staff loudly exclaiming "oh I hate this job !" Fawlty Towers style. Dirty plates . However this was in stark contrast to the evening meal staff who were very good, friendly ,explaining any delay etc

A nice, quiet hotel in suburbs of Maidstone with bus stop across the road going to the centre, very comfortable bed
