«LOOKING FOR CONVENIENT AND MEMORABLE STAY IN YOGYAKARTA ? Definitely, stay in Marriott Yogyakarta. ✅️ Outstanding Service ✅️ Easy-to-access Location ✅️ Next to Mall (Pakuwon) ✅️ Big Rooms My family & I usually stay in T*ntr*m (been our no 1. option in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Tangerang for a while), but considering NY traffic, decided hotel next to mall as safer option, and I think Marriott Yogya will be our no 1. option in Yogyakarta now. PRE-STAY Staying experience actually starts the second we finished the hotel reservation, maybe its long before we even arrive at the hotel. Most dont really optimize this. What I will highlight is Marriott really put my requests (birthday decor in specific room, connecting rooms) into the system, where everyone can check. From the one handling the WhatsApp to the receptionist the day we arrive, Ilham. And they execute my request really well. I've experienced some that forget my request and ended up decorating the wrong room, or not facilitating the request, even though they said they will facilitate. *see pic 8 - 11. It doesnt have to be expensive, businesses have to calculate the cost and margin. Whats important, for me, is put some effort into it. Its part of making the stay memorable. STAY I love it when : - the moment we arrive, the staff helps us by opening the car door, w/ the smile and greeting. Not from just one person, but every staff did the smile and greeting. - Ilham texted that the other room is ready. Most just rely on guest will be the one to follow up, but not Marriott. - we asked the way to mall entrance, the staff took us to the entrance, not just directing w/ hands. - they put anti-slip mat in shower area (pic 6), such a functional addition for safety. Because aesthetic needs to meet w/ function. - we went out at 8.30 in the morning for culinary & coffee around Yogyakarta and put the cleaning sign on, but forget to call, just to communicate that we want the room cleaned while we're out. 2,5 hours later when we're back, those 2 rooms are neat & tidy. Some hotels dont notice the difference those make for guest(s). These, for me, really help building the memorable staying exp. What more could I ask, Marriott Yogya 🫰🏻❤️ thank you»

«¡El lugar es increíble! El personal es muy amable. El personal es muy amable y se esfuerza por conocer a los huéspedes. Estuve allí cinco desayunos seguidos y, hacia el final, el personal puede servirte tus platos favoritos porque han estado atentos a tus necesidades. ¡Nunca había tenido una experiencia así antes! La ubicación puede estar un poco alejada de las áreas principales, pero nada demasiado bueno que no se pueda solucionar con un transporte privado. Este hotel tiene una gran cantidad de comodidades, por lo que uno podría pasar horas allí para disfrutar de lo que el lugar tiene para ofrecer. ¡Mi hijo también disfrutó pescando en el estanque! ¡Muy recomendable para familias!»

«It was a pleasant experience for four of us in two different types of room (which were also very considerate that we stayed next to each other without additional requests). The private pools were the highlight of our stay, not to mention that there is a main pool as well. Staff are very helpful and we managed to borrow three bikes (included in the room rate). Other activities were also provided with advance booking, however not all were available and there was a minimum number of person to be able to run activities. Generally a great stay.»

«¡Qué hotel tan fantástico! La decoración y el ambiente en general son encantadores. La comida es deliciosa y con buena variedad. La habitación en la que me alojé, la 208, era espaciosa y muy cómoda. El baño podría renovarse. La ubicación está bien; no hay mucho alrededor, pero los taxis de Grab son baratos y abundantes. No tengo palabras para elogiar al personal; son lo que hace que este hotel sea especial. Siempre con una gran sonrisa y un saludo cordial. ¡Un 10/10 para el personal!»

«No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Adecuado para clientes locales, no para extranjeros. 1. El registro es rápido: el personal es amable. 2. La higiene es pésima: se encontraron manchas de sangre y tinta en la ropa de cama y las almohadas. El personal de limpieza está bien capacitado para disimular la mancha. Dormí dos noches con la ropa de cama manchada de sangre. La toalla está sucia y no se puede usar. 3. Habitación: las cortinas no bloquean la luz del sol, lo que hace que te despiertes a las 6 de la mañana. La insonorización de la habitación necesita mejorar; la puerta del balcón está cerrada con llave, pero tiene una abertura, por lo que entra directamente el ruido de la calle. 4. Spa: el menú en la habitación incluye el precio de cada servicio. Pero la ridícula recepción del spa informó que el cargo mínimo era de 320.000 IDR, independientemente de la sección elegida. 5. La ubicación es buena, cerca de todo.»

«demi citra hotel wyndham, #sebaiknya diadakan training di jajaran manajemen terutama untuk mengatasi ketersediaan breakfast yg tidak lancar ketika banyak tamu hotel yg sarapan bersamaan waktunya. #untuk bagian cleaning sebaiknya monitoring area koridor kamar apakah ada peralatan makan yg tergeletak di luar kamar tanpa diambil petugas krn menunggu request dari tamu hotel. #untuk petugas/ security di area entrance hotel sebaiknya ada orang setidaknya 1/ 2 yg berjaga untuk menerima pengunjung hotel yg masuk demi kenyamanan dan ketertiban. ∆sebaiknya hal-hal tersebut dilakukan mengingat bahwa hotel wyndham memiliki status hotel bintang 5, supaya tercermin dari operasional hotel yg terlihat dan dialami oleh setiap pengunjung/ tamu hotel. demikian disampaikan supaya bisa dijadikan maklum demi kemajuan hotel wyndham, terimakasih.»

«La ubicación es excelente, ¡con vistas directas al volcán! Es un hotel resort clásico con un hermoso estilo vintage; ¡el atrio es impresionante! Las instalaciones son buenas y las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. El aire acondicionado es muy fuerte y difícil de ajustar, y se enfrió un poco durante un chaparrón. El desayuno fue abundante; no toda la comida me gustó, pero había mucha variedad. El precio superó mis expectativas, pero las desventajas son insignificantes comparado con el bajo precio: ¡una experiencia magnífica!»
