Necesitaba un hotel que ofreciera transporte al aeropuerto y aunque 5 hoteles afirmaron que sí, tuve que llamar a cada uno porque mi vuelo no aterrizó hasta después de la medianoche y, a veces, hay ciertas horas que no funciona. Me sorprendió encontrar que cada hotel anunciado NO ofrece servicio de aeropuerto. Uno de ellos dijo específicamente que el único hotel que sabían que hacía eso era MCM Elegante. Mi vuelo retrasado no aterrizó hasta la 1 de la mañana y la camioneta del MCM Elegante estaba allí rápidamente. El exterior estaba limpio pero no super impresionante, pero el interior y las habitaciones (que es más importante) estaban muy bien. Probablemente podría necesitar una pequeña actualización, pero el precio era más bajo que en hoteles comparables. El conductor y el personal de recepción fueron muy amables y serviciales. La temperatura de la habitación era cómoda al llegar, las cortinas opacas me ayudaron a dormir, la cama era muy cómoda. La habitación tenía comodidades esperadas: cafetera, buenos artículos de tocador, buenas toallas, etc. La habitación estaba muy limpia.

La habitación huele a cigarrillos. No había más que una hoja fina en la cama. Así que dormir en la noche era muy duro, porque estaba frío en la habitación. Nos encantaría tener un toque más grosero. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Todos fueron amables, la señora del desayuno fue muy amable y cariñosa. Nos habló todas las mañanas. El personal de recepción preguntó todos los días si necesitábamos algo. La limpieza hizo bien mientras estuvimos allí. Recomendaría. Simplemente no hay mucho que hacer en Lubbock

El hotel está en una habitación muy confortable. No fue muy alto, pero podría molestar un dormitorio ligero. Pregunte por una habitación con números extraños si eso será un problema para usted. Llevó aproximadamente 9 minutos a llegar al Centro Visitor en el campus. Easy peasy. El desayuno tenía comida de ovejas, huevos, salsa, pasteles, cereales, yogur, frutas, galletas y sed, y la comida caliente era caliente y la comida fría era fría.

We usually try to stop here on our way through Lubbock if we can. Although if it's a busy night (like before a football game) the price can shoot very high for a room. It's a reasonable rate, if not too busy. It's in a nice location, rooms are consistently clean, and dog friendly.

Stayed passing through based on reviews but probably wouldn't do so again. The place looked new on the outside but rooms were not being maintained, there were hair pins on the floor or the bathroom, dirty areas on walls etc. The pool is across form the elevators and they allowed kids to run around from the pool into the elevators without drying off. Both elevator floors were covered a lot of water as was the area in front of the elevator doors. I almost slipped but luckily didn't fall. The front desk person put out a sign about it being wet but didn't stop the kids (or the parents) so the area remained wet and dangerous. The best art though was that after we drove 10 hours to get there they told us they had no soap or shampoo. They told us we could drive to the store to buy our own! Our room also had only one towel and no coffee or coffee cups or much of anything. We paid about $100 for this. I'm not sure what happened at this location but I hope they get their act together.
