Arrived a hour after check in .... got to our room and no Towels No soap or shampoo... Pool was closed and dirty... along with stairways and lobby area.
Oh and did I mention they had to change the top sheet because it had a red stain.
I will never stay there again... Worse hotel I have ever stayed at.

No refrigerator no coffee maker no cups no ash trays would not take my debit card because it doesn't have a name on it my bank doesn't put names on card for security reasons tv wouldn't work until I worked on it called front desk was told wouldn't have any one to fix it until morning it was terrible

Sabanas sucias con cabellos, pedí cambio de habitación e igual tenia cabellos. Olor desagradable a hierbas y la atención muy mala. Desayuno con muy pocas opciones y mal aspecto

Esta horrible es un engaño Online es una cosa y en persona da miedo. Aparte que la habitación están sucias y con un mal olor horrible de cigarro y *********. Soy alérgica a el humo y salí corriendo porque no soporté el mal olor. Nunca use la habitación y aún así me cobraron la habitación por 2 días.

Reserved 2 rooms but when we checked in front desk didn’t initially give us both rooms, I had to remind them we reserved 2 rooms and then the second room was on the other end of the property.
The indoor pool was closed.
The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
The TV only had 3 channels to watch.

Cable tv in my room did not work. I was moved to a second and a third and finally a fourth room before I got a room with working cable tv. Later that night the toilet clogged up and I had to ask for a plugger and unclogged the toilet myself. I will never stay there again. In a few months I will be booking at a different hotel. There was a big gap under the front door letting the very cold outside air in.

There was no heat in the room, the carpets were dirty, no extra toilet paper in bathroom. Shower curtains had holes in them so couldn't take a shower. The Shampoo and body wash was so little wasn't able to use them. Pool was closed and the area the pool was in was super cold anyway. No coffee in the rooms.

Worst motel experience of my LIFE!!! ROOMS AND PROPERTY WERE FILTHY, KEY DID NOT WORK AND WOULD NOT CHANGE ROOMS , STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! WOULD NEVER STAY THERE OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

This place is not in a great neighborhood for starters! The pictures online look way better than what the place actually does. They also did not have the king suite we had booked so they placed us in a queen size room and the toilet seat was broken looked like they just placed clear tape on it to hold it together. We requested to be moved to another room and then the next room they placed us in the toilet did not flush! We requested a refund and said they couldn't refund us but would move us into another room. We changed rooms 3 times in this place! We also weren't the only people who had complaints about their rooms. I definitely do not recommend this place and will NEVER book with them again!!
