Horrible, ya que aceptan el pago dos veces y luego dicen que está pendiente y tardan 15 días en regresar. Nunca me alojaría de nuevo y el lugar debería ser de 1 estrella. Nos lo pasamos muy bien hasta que llegamos al hotel. Es estrecho y no muy amigable.

We booked this last minute due to a bad air b&b was very clean rooms are small but nice my only suggestion would be to provide blow dryers. Other then that it was great!!

There was no chair to sit in; there was no hair dryer, or drink glasses, or complimentary bottled water. Location was good, close to restaurants, convenience stores, & underground.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean and centrally located for our visit. The only downside was there wasn’t enough room for each of our suitcases. The WiFi was amazing! The beds were super cozy. The shower pressure was excellent! The staff were very kind and helpful. We will stay here again, even with limited space for our suitcases😊

Great little hotel for the price. The staff are super lovely, the beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom is quite big considering the room is a little on the small side. All in all I would definitely stay again. My only request is that they have an iron and hairdryer as these aren’t provided in the rooms and there weren’t any available.

I don’t even know where to start and what to write. One of the worst hotels I have been to with very rude staff and owner. No elevator no simple dryer and the rooms were extremely small. When asked for help owner said door is open meaning I can leave. I know elevator I should have checked but just in general everything was claustrophobic and I am glad I am out of central London. I did check and I found out best western next door had an elevator so the owners assertion that all hotel are without elevator is absolutely wrong . No fridge and no microwave and no water or anything else makes this a place for someone who just needs a place to crash and sleep.
