What a FANTASTIC stay, the owners were so helpful and welcoming. Great location so close to the beach (highly recommend the sea view rooms). We had never visited Llandudno and ended up here through a twist of fate, but so glad that we did. Tracey and the whole family deserve so much praise for an immaculately kept B&B / Hotel at a busy time of year. Great Rooms, Amazing Views, Wonderful Breakfast (compliments to the Chef). We had a wonderful stay! This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and it was as lovely as ever. Tracey and Ian are the best hosts and nothing is too much trouble. It really was home from home! Breakfast was great and we loved our room. Everything was perfect :)

Nothing was too much trouble, Ian and Tracey are the perfect hosts, our room 7 was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed, breakfast was lovely and cooked to order, the honesty bar in the lounge was well stocked and reasonably priced, we are hoping to visit again soon, thanks for a lovely stay

Tracey and Ian are a very welcoming and hospitable couple our room had a lovely sea view it was really comfortable and spotless the breakfast had plenty to choose from my husband and myself would certainly recommend this hotel .Extra friendly touches like binoculars on windowsill and lavender Radox bath soak to relax in after a nice day in Llandudno

Stayed yet again at Hen dy and had a very relaxing stay. Room was very clean and was cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast as usual was very good freshly cooked and hot. Had a free parking space which is very welcome. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you

Tracey and Ian very welcoming and helpful. . Our bedroom had amazing views. Spotless clean. Useful tips in information book in our room. Fabulous storage we don't travel light but everything could be put away. Spoilt for choice at breakfast, service with a smile. Parking permit a bonus. Booked for next year. Looking forward to.it all ready.

Just got home from a wonderful 10 stay at the hen-dy. Everything was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean plus daily housekeeping. We stayed in room 3 with a big bay window and a beautiful view. The breakfasts are lovely with a huge choice to choose from. A beautiful family run hotel. Honestly we wouldn't stay anywhere else xx

We have just got home from a lovely 5 days spent at Hen-dy. We just love staying there, the rooms are so comfy and spotless and the breakfasts are really tasty with lots of choice. Tracy and Ian are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. This was our third visit and definitely won't be our last! Thank you both, Lynn and Kev xxx

the hen-dy is located in a ideal place in llandudno,ian and tracey make you feel really welcome,the hotel is super clean and comfortable,breakfast has a great choice,made with top quality products and cooked just right,We can recomend the hen -dy to anybody thinking of a stay in llandudno.great place and great people,thank you michael and janette brooks

This was our first stay at Hen-dy, we were welcomed by Ian and escorted to our room. We had a seaview and the room it's self was lovely and clean ,the furniture was great with a large wardrobe and a dressing table you could sit at and do your hair and make-up. Breakfast was lovely everything you need to start your day ,front of house was Tracey lovely pleasant lady. Overall a great place. We will be back thank you.

We arrived during storm babet and Ian kindly let us have our room early and carried our case up to our room which was room 2 sea view cosy double. The room and the hotel was lovely and clean to a high standard . Breakfast was the best I have ever had.

Thank you for the very warm welcome, it was great to see you both again.Ian still does the best breakfast ever,using local producers for the sausages,bacon and eggs,very tasty, always served piping hot. Tracey is happy to recommend the best places to visit in the local area. Excellent hosts,nothing is too much trouble. Thanks for a brilliant weekend,we really enjoyed our stay with you at the Hen Dy.
