Ubicación perfecta, habitaciones grandes, limpieza y mantenimiento un poco deficiente pero lo compensa el precio y la ubicacion

A strange experience, recommended if you want a hotel but not a normal one.
Positives include fantastic location, next to both the railway stations, a gorgeous Edwardian era with similar themed rooms (my double room was very spacious with a lovely couch and extra bed) and friendly staff. I had no issues with cleanliness as others had.
Negatives are mostly based around building being very old, very few power sockets in rooms, I had none near my bed and no central lights with lighting done by lamps which gives an aesthetic mood but can be annoying. Other problems are avoidable, internet in your room is 7 pounds per day per device which is a big addition to the cost of a 40ish pound room and is very annoying nickel and dimeing. There is also no cleaning service every day if you staying multiple nights.
Great for the price but be prepared for what you are getting and factor in the internet charge.

ฉันเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้ในช่วงหน้าหนาว 4 วัน เป็นโรงแรมที่ฉันได้รับประสบการณ์แย่ที่สุดที่เคยเข้าพัก
เครื่องทำความร้อนในห้องนอนเก่าจนจะพัง มันไม่ทำให้ห้องอุ่นได้เลย
เครื่องใช้ในห้องทุกชนิดล้าสมัย ตั้งแต่อ่างอาบน้ำ ต้องถือฝักบัวตลอดเวลา ยืนอาบไม่ได้น้ำจะเปียกเต็มพื้น ผ้าเช็ดเท้าในห้องน้ำไม่มี ทั้งๆ ที่พื้นเย็นมากๆ อ่างล้างหน้าโบราณที่ก๊อกน้ำร้อน-เย็นคนละอัน เปิดน้ำทีไม่เย็นจัดก้อร้อนมาก ชักโครกต้องดึงปั้มก่อนถึงจะใช้งานได้ แถมด้วยในห้องนอนมีอ่างล้างหน้าที่ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตั้งอยู่ หน่าต่างบานใหญ่มากๆ มันเปิดก่อนที่จะเข้าพักและไม่สามารถปิดได้ ต้องเรียกเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมมาปิดให้ เรา 2 คนมาพักที่นี่ 4 คืนในหน้าหนาว ต้องใส่เสื้อกันหนาวนอนทุกคืนเพราะในห้องไม่อุ่น โถงทางเดินในโรงแรมยังอุ่นกว่ามากๆ
เรา 2 คนติดอยู่ในลิฟท์โรงแรมเป็นเวลา 2 ชม มันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มากๆ ที่ต้องอยู่ในลิฟท์นานขนาดนั้น รีเซฟชั่นโรงแรมได้แต่ Hello hello และบอกรอช่าง ออกมาจากลิฟท์ได้ ก้อได้รับแค่คำขอโทษ และน้ำดื่ม 1 ขวด มันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่ที่สุดของโรงแรมที่เราเคยเข้าพักเลย
ตลอด 4 วันที่เข้าพักไม่มีการทำความสะอาดห้อง เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว หรือเพิ่มของใช้ในห้องน้ำเลย ฉันว่าโรงแรมควรมีการบริการที่ดีกว่านี้

I arrived late afternoon and was checked in by a very personable receptionist from Romania who was surprised that I knew so much about his country! Lift service very good and social distancing arrangements excellent. corridors to room I would describe as stylish and room numbering on doors art deco and smart. Single room small but not claustrophobic although A/C wouldn’t work on arrival. A call to reception (same receptionist as checked me in!) brought a technician who confided that my room was set to heating only and hadn’t been updated to Summer. He did this and within a few minutes the room was perfik! I was impressed at the entrance and reception area which was comfortably posh. i would stay again

Unfortunately, didn't like the hotel at all. Rooms are unclean and dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned for years. The building is very old and most of the stuff is rusty and broken. Doors, windows and bathrooms were in moisture. Strange smell of mixed moisture and something else.Totally disliked this hotel and won't stay here any more.
Just have to note the location is really nice and just in center. That was the only reason why we decided to stay just one night.

For me this was excellent value for money to stay on a match day. The room was huge and I do like the old traditional look of the rooms with a huge bathroom along with substantial tea and coffee facilities. It is right in the city centre and although I couldn't check in early they were able to store my luggage securely while I wanderd around the great city
