Family run small hotel with lovely restaurant and cafe genusslich that is near Lindau. Bus stop right in front to transfer to bus into alt Lindau Island or you can walk about 20-30 min. Biergarten cafe and restaurant had delicious traditional food. Breakfast was included in our rate and units were older but clean and comfortable. Windows had traditional metal rolling shades that you move via the side straps- first is shades with slots for light and then keep moving straps to collapse the shades for darkness. If you are not familiar with this style you might think there are no shades but they are quite effective.

Hervorragendes Essen, super freundliches Personal, saubere gemütliche Zimmer, alles top, sehr empfehlenswert! Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. 15 Minuten zur Zentrum-Insel. Vielen Dank liebes Schachener-Hof-Team!

Die Betten sind super Bequem, die Kissen wahren sehr Gut, das Zimmer ist Modern ausgestattet und sieht super aus. Das Bad ist wirklich schön. Das Personal ist mega Freundlich und super Hilfsbereit und der Hotel Besitzer Gönnt gerne :)

Wir hatten über Booking. Com gebucht und ich wurde krank. Konnten also aus diesem Grund nicht anreisen. Und das Hotel hat uns auch den Termin nicht verschoben. Geht wohl alles wegen dem Finanzamt nicht und weil wir über ***********. Gebucht haben. Habe mit Booking. Com geredet , non Ihnen aus wäre es gar kein Problem gewesen. Haben das Hotel sogar angeschrieben und keine Antwort bekommen. Ich habe mich dort nochmals gemeldet, und versucht zu reden, wie es mir ***********. Com empfohlen hat und dann wurde ich nur mit einem .. schöne Weihnachten .. abgewürgt. Nicht mal die 13,50 habe ich bekommen. So geht man nicht mit Leuten um. Einfach nur unmöglich.
