I stayed here for business for 3 months. It a clean and friendly hotel. It is very central therefore easy to walk anywhere in Lille from it. The staff are so friendly and are always keen to help. I always felt it as an oasis of calm .. despite any chaos outside .. rugby World Cup & braderie.. I would walk in the doors to calm & peace. The gym was basic but adequate for my needs and again I enjoyed the calm of it. I would recommend it whole heartedly and will miss it.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Lille y cerca de estaciones de tren y metro. El estilo del hotel recuerda los años 70. Habitación no muy grande, pero muy luminosa con grandes ventanales que dan a una plaza y bien equipada. Cama grande y muy cómoda. Bebidas y snacks del minibar gratuitos. Amenities de calidad (Rituals). Buen desayuno variado, con productos de calidad. Zumo de narana fresco, algo cada vez menos frecuente! Se agradece! Buen surtido de tés. Por la noche, el restaurante no sirve cenas, sin embargo ofrece tablas de embutidos y quesos muy bien presentados. Parking cubierto (de pago) enfrente del hotel.

La habitación es muy cercana, pero todo está bien, y puedo vivir una casa cómoda. El personal también es muy amable y educado, se siente bien El salón es amplio y limpio, puedes tomar café cuando quieras tomar café y pasar un tiempo relajado. La ubicación del hotel es también la mejor ubicación a pie de todos los lugares principales de Lille Si vives en Rile, recomendaré sin duda este hotel.

Very disappointed with this hotel. For 3 stars hotel, I pay £225 per night without breakfast for a room that looks like a cupboard. There was a tiny window with a view on a wall, no mirror in the bathroom, at 6 am you are woken-up by a noise that I still do not know where it is coming from, the insulation is not great, so be ready to hear your neighbours. However, the location was perfect, right in the town center (probably why it was so expensive). I arrived late at night and it was not obvious to find the entrance as it is part of a gallery that is closed at night, so when you find the door, you need to ring a bell. I was also not expecting to be welcomed at the hotel door by friendly beggars who sleep there during the night. Do not get me wrong, they were very nice but it could unsettled some people arriving late like me. I am afraid, I will not go back to this hotel.

The hotel foyer was very pleasant with comfortable chairs and a bar. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable but we did not like the condensed milk provided so could not have a cup of tea. The breakfast was the usual buffet with some hot food. There was too much white bread and one day no wholemeal at all. Also the yogurts all had sugar in them. We would book again

We had a very poor experience at this hotel. We were planning to arrive Friday but our train cancelled so we arrived Saturday morning. We let the hotel know so they didn’t think we were no shows. We assumed that because we paid for the Friday night we could check in early on the Saturday morning and our rooms would be ready. We checked in, were given a key and went up to the room to find it dirty and clearly slept in. Queried this with reception and they said well you weren’t using it so we let someone else use it because of an issue in their room. We were told to come back at 2pm and they would clean the room. They clearly knew the room had been slept in, why even give me the key in the first place if it wasn’t clean? What if I had walked in on someone in the room (it was only 9:30am when we arrived)? And either I paid for the room so it was mine and I should have been able to use Saturday morning or they should have refunded me. The problems sadly didn’t stop there. The rooms are extremely basic - very dark even with all the lights on, a bathroom door that doesn’t fully shut, one pillow each and a thin duvet. The heating in the room didn’t work until 2am when it decided to come on at full blast, making the room stifling. Shower had two settings - scalding hot or barely warm, with bad pressure. They did comp our breakfast for the Sunday morning to make up for the room issues which I appreciated, but the breakfast was absolute chaos. Packed full of people and in a space which was way too small. Toaster was broken, food was cold and they ran out of crockery. Just a disappointment.
