Está muy bien situado y en los precios asequibles de la cadena. Hasta aquí lo bueno que se puede decir. No responde a los niveles de calidad habituales en esta cadena. Esta viejo, huele a viejo, humedad y falta de cuidado. Habitación muy pequeña y poco cómoda, sin sitio ni para la maleta. El personal poco amable y sin hacer mucho caso a los clientes que entraban y salían, hablando entre ellos o mirando el ordenador. Decepcionante

Went there for the Lille v Aston Villa game, really nice City and people. Hotel staff were fine, took our bags even though the room wasn’t ready. Breakfast was excellent too. Would recommend.

This hotel is all about the location. It’s perfect right in the centre with access to the Grande Place and old Town Lille. Plenty of restaurants near by and friendly staff. Sometimes all you want is a place to lay your head and we found the bed comfortable. The room clean and a fantastic view out of the front with an unexpected balcony. Even better it’s cheap!

Clean room in a perfect location for us, right in the old town with many restaurants and shops. Considering it had three beds there was not much space and TV which we did not use would have been difficult to see from the single bed it was good. The toilet room was big, but a sink for hand washing missing which was on the other side of the room. We slept with open window as we we don’t like ACs. People with slighter sleep might find the outside noise from people annoying. The beds are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good for this type of hotel. We’ll set up to start a good day. Very friendly helpful staff throughout. When I go back it would be my choice again.

The hotel is in a Great position in Lille
Rooms are clean and adequate but badly in need of modernising
I visit Lille on business but would not stay in this hotel again unless it was refurbished

The staff members were nice and polite. The problem was the hotel room and facilities. Stuffy, with only one very small circular window, so it was very claustrophobic for two. Minimal amenities, no complimentary water, no fridge and no kettle. It was just like a student hostel, but only slightly cheaper than other hotels in Lille, so we regretted our choice. We have stayed in Ibis hotels elsewhere, but have rarely felt so uncomfortable.

A nice Ibis hotel in the very centre of Lille. Room was very spacious and clean. Comfy bed, decent shower and excellent buffet breakfast. It wasn't a problem for me, but being on a busy pedestrian road, there was a lot of late night street noise so may be an issue for light sleepers.
