Amazing location. Right next to Lille Europe. Very clean staff friendly and good continental breakfast. Would recommend

The location is good, close to train station but not too close. There is no blanket in our room, only a thin bed sheet. We ask for it and they give us blanket cover for us to put in ourselves.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Lille Europe train station. The staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready, which was very helpful. After check-out, we could store our luggage at the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a convenient hotel with good service and reasonable price.

Brilliant location but the hotel was very outdated and not hygienic at all. Bed sheets had holes and rips I think it’s about time you clean. Reception team were nice

Good location and next to a big shopping centre and the visiting areas

Service was excellent and gentleman on reception was extremely helpful. Getting into the car park is confusing as we were not given a code, we had to phone hotel to get the code.  This needs to appear on the booking confirmation in future. But the guy on reception was very explanatory on the phone and sorted it very quickly. L

The location could not be better. Only problem with the hotel the shower was not fit for purpose, and the heating wasn't very good. The maid made an excelent job of our room every day..

Good location to get the Eurostar back to London. Fine for a one night stay.

It’s good located near the Eurorail station and easy to walk to the town center for shopping and sightseeing

Hotel was clean and conveniently next to the shopping centre. On arrival, the night receptionist was a bit rude, but the staff at check out,a girl and a boy, were friendly and helpful. Overall, a decent stay

I had a very brief stay, checking in at 10pm and out at 7.30am, but the room was clean, bed comfortable, and the staff at the reception desk was very friendly.
