Very Excellent! The room was large and tidy, any other facilities were also of high quality

I had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly.

It was in a great location being minutes away from the train station, city centre and the arena so would definitely recommend if that is what you are wanting. It was clean throughout but in areas could have done with an extra go over, although the service provided was brilliant, always someone at the desk to help and very helpful also. The only thing my partner and I picked up on is that the amenities wasn't all that good, for the price of the stay there could've been more. But overall it was a good hotel to stay in.

Very, very poor hotel. Old, desperately in need of refurbishment and soul less. Not really near the centre of Leeds and expensive NCP parking. Can’t think of anything to recommend the place.

Great space! Very clean and really close to the city center. I totally enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely stay but the shower was poor. Hot water but it wasn’t powerful at all.

地理位置十分方便，距離車站及商埸都是步行便可以，房間也不小，附近有很多食店，又有中超，泰超，步行到博物館也方便，唯一缺點是沖涼的水力有點弱。

怕吵，備註了房間需要安靜。前台選擇了靠裏不臨街的房間，非常棒。床算比較大吧，暖氣很熱，房間也還算寬敞。住了一週沒人打掃衞生。位置很棒，靠近市中心，旁邊有中餐館。

廁所洗澡水流了一地，暖氣自動關機，被子上很多毛髮，感覺沒有換被子，就是感覺整體衞生上面沒有那麼乾淨。

早餐還可以，位置一流，可惜浴室設備勁差，沒抽氣沒杯淋浴花洒不夠力，更沒吹風筒，勁差。

The bar is an extension of the breakfast bar. It is poorly decorated with no atmosphere, no music, very limited choice and at over £5 a pint and you have to go the ground floor to get some one to come to the bar serve you!! Pubs around the corner with the drinks half the price of the hotel, atmosphere, music, television a 3 minute walk !

Excellent city centre location, short walk from the bus station and Leeds Grand Theatre. Catering for a budget hotel was acceptable
