Selected this hotel as it is close to the new Qin Han branch of Shaanxi History Museum (15 mins drive), and the airport (15 mins drive). Room was big and hotel modern. Really like the hotspring, there are multiple hotsprings to choose from including the carbonic acid and the silky smooth ones. Mixed bathing so bathing suits necessary. Food wise, above average in variety and taste. A comfortable overnight stay.

The location is nice it's worth staying.

The receptionists and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ran out of drinking water and they already send new bottles of water to our room. The hotel indoor swimming pool was really long. The hot spring room is not that large but adequate. There were not many people when we were using it . Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of juices and choices. However, the buffet dinner was nothing special.

I was not aware of this hotel chain until my arrival. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and so the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment for this hotel has a 5 star rating. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

It is a nice hotel and near Xian, easy to access by car. Elva from the reception is very helpful, she began to keep in contact with me before we checked in. She always helped when we need. Thank you, Elva. Excellent service.

No service but top room

全球商務出行入住各種類型高檔型酒店已經16年，本次入住體驗做如下客觀如實評價，目的讓這麼優秀的星河灣集團酒店有在繼續提升的空間！首先從客房辦理，目前酒店還主動要求客户繳納住宿按金，這一點全球高檔型酒店已經取消這個多年酒店業試圖想通過繳納按金暫存客户資金另作他用的非常遠想法（但還在我及時聲明現在全球住了這麼多酒店再沒有收按金的，前台靈活應變處理能力很強，再沒有收取，這樣是對客户的信任，都住豪華酒店了，大部分人還是很有文化及修養的）。其次從酒店入住後房間體驗度評價，酒店房間寬敞明亮，裝修合理與國際接軌，但唯獨不足房卡取電卡槽接觸不良，單張房卡取電時不時接觸不良，可以想象如果貴酒店遇上刁蠻不講理的低素質客户，半夜申請換房是不是折騰一波人。再次從酒店公共區域清潔情況發表建議，電梯清潔較及時，清潔過程中還遇上保潔阿姨按照集團要求打卡，不過建議多注重服務細節及公共環境衞生細節性檢查，細節決定成敗。再其次，早餐體驗，早餐廳位置設計離酒店住宿區域相對較遠，可能長者小孩等人羣入住體驗感會較差，同時酒店本應注重的是包含早餐而不是過渡營銷温泉，我全球酒店入住體驗16年，這種營銷方式是不長久的，客户訂房時會容易把含雙人温泉默認當成雙人早餐，我這麼多年訂房經驗，都範了這個錯誤，我試圖和酒店溝通是否把我包含的雙人温泉折換成單早，最終回覆時不行，我單獨又花了168元吃了簡餐，為什麼稱之為簡餐，因為早餐廳菜品及主食過於華而不實，衹有務實才是長遠發展之道，如不是早餐的營銷手段有問題，我還打算後期西安就長期選擇該酒店做完旅遊、商務首先酒店了，可……，最後也祝酒店服務更是一層樓，贏得更多客户！

一處清幽的所在，極具特色，房間寬敞大氣，超過不少同星級酒店。酒店環境優美，服務熱情專業，離渭河堤很近，正是杏花初蕊，紅葉李花團錦簇的季節，正是攜家人度假，踏春的好時節

環境優雅，裝修非常有品味，前台maggie非常好給我安排了一個可以看見花園的房間，晚上十分安靜，房間的朝向也很好，感覺非常治癒，酒店的優質服務與舒適的環境完美結合，真心推薦給大家

温泉池比較小，户外泳池好像沒開，附近吃的不多，點外賣不方便。酒店早餐一般，花200多一位肯定虧。廁所挺好

Хороший вариант отдохнуть между перелётом, до аэропорта поездка занимает 30минут

到酒店門口有人幫忙拿行李，前台服務態度很好，辦理入住很快。房間比較寬敞，乾淨衞生，早餐也比較豐富，可選擇的東西很多。

在星河灣住了一晚上其實是個意外，下飛機後挺累的，出門有長者孩子，家在南郊，回家時間挺長，反正是放假，就在這裏住一晚上第二天再回，沒想到給了個驚喜，酒店很好，還有温泉，泳池，都很好，孩子去游泳遊的不亦樂乎，服務人員也都很好。以後週末沒事可以來玩玩。
