Management and staff were all extremely welcoming, helpful and efficient, without exception. The cuisine is first-rate. The art tour in its sister hotel, the stunning baroque Palazzo Bozzi Corso we found very interesting. The location is excellent, in the historic city centre, but yet easily reachable by car. A perfect base to explore Lecce and the entire Salento region, being equidistant from Gallipoli and the Ionian coast on the one hand, and from Otranto and the southern tip of the Adriatic coast, on the other. A real gem of a hotel!"

"Cozy room with self check in, really easy, we communicated via WhatsApp and that’s how most of the local b&b do The street is indeed a bit noisy; but I anyways use the earplugs, so didn’t cause me problems The bed is fine, pillows not so much The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head Overall a fine experience for me and cute view The host is really nice in communication"

"We stayed in the Lady Astor suite and it was very authentic with the bathroom exactly as it was with Lady Astor. The suite was large with plenty of closet space and we had a nice patio to sit outside. The museum tour given each night to guests at no charge was worth doing. The love story is better than Romeo and Juliet. Great location and nothing was more than ten minutes away. Very flat so easy walking. Lots of bars around if you don’t want to go to rooftop at hotel. Personally the rooftop at hotel was lacking in service and bartender had an attitude. Didn’t distract from stay as didn’t go again. A huge shout out to Bernadette whom was spot on with lunch recommendations for each town we visited. She also wrote down suggestions for our next stay. Bernadette is a doll and Fiermonte is lucky to have her. She really made our stay so special. She couldn’t do enough for us. This was a wonderful stay!!! Grazie"

"My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Despite its 4-star rating, the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were met with rudeness, indifference, and an aggressive attitude that has no place in the hospitality industry—especially in an establishment that supposedly provides high-end services. Instead of assistance, we received irony and sarcasm for our simple requests. It is a shame because while the facilities might be decent, the staff ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and respect. A total waste of money. The biggest issue, however, was at breakfast. The woman in charge there was extremely rude and unacceptable. Instead of a pleasant start to our day, we faced an aggressive and mocking attitude that ruined our mood. It is inconceivable for a hotel of this caliber to hire people who lack the basic manners and politeness to handle guests. Unfortunately, no matter how good a room is, it’s the people and the service that matter. I would never visit this hotel again and I definitely do not recommend it"

Ofrecen hasta piscina con jacuzzi y, en nuestro caso no había ninguna: Baño antiguo, patio sucio, nevera rota, escalera peligrosa. El desayuno bien, pero el joven que estaba alli, muy antipático. Por supuesto, no volveremos."

"Search reviews M X 1/5 4 minutes ago on Google never stayed in a similar towel. Photos are completely INGREDIENT! We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. On the bottom of the water tartaro by anyone how much. No shower tape, a wet-shaking smell, so much that old and strawed bed hand towels and our clothes were almost wet; a vomiting stick out of the washing room without a cap; a broken coffee machine. Breakfast served in the indoor courtyard, very different from the pictures, all sweet, dirty, red and colourless gadget, anybody knows when the pictures are. Fresh bars and cucumbers, we tried to drink a juice and was rough, the coffee could only be done in the room, but we could not see the device throwing only cold water, while putting the soda. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. NOT WERE 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"

"La piscina estaba bien, pero los pájaros no paraban de entrar y beber, así que me fui para evitar la gripe aviar, que habría arruinado mis vacaciones. Tienen que mantener a los pájaros fuera de la piscina. Tampoco tienen vaporizador ni plancha, así que puede que tengas que llevar la ropa arrugada o pagarles y te la devuelvan planchada al día siguiente. Los baños tenían poca presión de agua, así que a veces hacía falta tirar de la cadena entre 3 y 5 veces para deshacerse de todo el papel higiénico y la caca. La ubicación está a 1 km del centro de la ciudad y un poco más lejos de la estación de Leece. El desayuno era completo y tenía las cosas habituales, como jamones, quesos, máquina para hacer panqueques y helados y gelato por 15 euros. Probablemente sea una buena relación calidad-precio, ya que una pasta cuesta entre 10 y 13 euros cerca y en el centro de la ciudad, incluidos los impuestos. No sé si me quedaría aquí de nuevo."

On the day I arrived by car, there was temporary roadwork, and my GPS couldn't find a suitable route. The hotel sent someone to help me get there – a huge thank you! Parking costs €25 per day; be sure to book in advance and get confirmation. Note that there are strict traffic regulations in the old town. The breakfast is excellent! It's a combination of à la carte and buffet style."

It was a heartwarming B&B. When we said our final goodbyes, I hugged Francesco and swore I'd never forget the kindness of the people of Lecce. Después de reservar con Booking con papel para otro edificio (Mamasisi en pleno centro histórico) algunos días antes de la llegada me rechazaron el papel (a continuación, descubrí que es una de sus prácticas) y tuve que usar otro. A pesar de mis reproches y contradicciones, me dirijo a otra estructura: habitación fatigante, baño indecorado y sucio. ¿Qué decir? Vergonzoso! No me han hecho cuentas durante más de diez días, a pesar de mis repetidas quejas."
