"My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Despite its 4-star rating, the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were met with rudeness, indifference, and an aggressive attitude that has no place in the hospitality industry—especially in an establishment that supposedly provides high-end services. Instead of assistance, we received irony and sarcasm for our simple requests. It is a shame because while the facilities might be decent, the staff ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and respect. A total waste of money. The biggest issue, however, was at breakfast. The woman in charge there was extremely rude and unacceptable. Instead of a pleasant start to our day, we faced an aggressive and mocking attitude that ruined our mood. It is inconceivable for a hotel of this caliber to hire people who lack the basic manners and politeness to handle guests. Unfortunately, no matter how good a room is, it’s the people and the service that matter. I would never visit this hotel again and I definitely do not recommend it"

"Dimora Storica Muratore is a very special ‘home’. A private historical villa, owned by the Muratore family, who rents out four individually and stunningly decorated ensuite rooms / suites all situated on the ground floor with vaulted ceilings, each with a private area from where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The villa stands within its own private beautiful walled garden. Its’s location is fantastic. The main gated entrance gives direct access to the heart of historic Lecce ‘within’ the city walls and from a very discreet ‘rear’ entrance you are immediately outside the city walls and immediately across the street from organised paid parking with whom the Villa has an arrangement for guests. Not only was the villa fantastic but the hospitality we were shown was lovely. We felt very privileged to have stayed there and hope to be back one day. Thank you. "

"The hotel is next to the scenic spot, quaint and charming, with a view at every step. The service is also very considerate. They introduced us to the delicious restaurants around us after we checked in. It is in the ZTL area. If you drive, call in advance and they will send a text message to tell you where to pick you up."

"A wonderful experience in the beautiful city of Lecce. The room is tastefully decorated, welcoming, and well-maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable; we used a smartbox and were immediately pleasantly surprised by the room. The breakfast (included) truly pleases everyone: a wide selection of everything you could want for a sweet awakening, from milk to herbal teas, from pastries to cookies, snacks and cereals, nuts, yogurt, and more. The room was always warm thanks to the central heating, the bed was extremely comfortable, there was Wi-Fi, a TV... in short, everything you could want from a place to stay. We will definitely return if we visit Lecce again."
