Servicio de recepción muy amable y sonriente. Ascensor muy rápido, desayuno que puede alimentar a un ejército, habitación en el sexto piso con una vista loca, grande, mini bar, aire acondicionado y muchas otras comodidades. También puede utilizar la piscina. Linda experiencia, lo volvería a hacer

I was really disappointed with this hotel. It is extremely dated and needs a full makeover. Using blankets in rooms in 2024 I so wasn't expecting, so unhygienic they were the first thing we removed from the beds on arrival.
In the bathroom there was a bath and a shower attachment but no shower curtain or screen so makes for a very wet bathroom. The safe is not even attached to anything in the wardrobe so pretty useless you can just pick it up so nowhere secure to leave valuables. The view from the bedroom was like looking out on a prison yard with the barbed wire and derelict grounds. The pool area looked grim.
At nighttime it was like being on top of a nightclub with the music so loud, no one wants to be listening to the Macarena from their bed, so don't come here expecting to get a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was fine and a selection of food. There is secure parking if you have a car.
For what I paid for one night I certainly expected a much better standard of hotel.
The location was good to walk into Lecce although the hotel is on a very busy road.

Un desastre. Personal antipático y sin mascarilla. Habitación horrible, sucia, sin luz, grifos oxidados, cutre. Un hilo de agua en la ducha y ardiendo. Pedimos cambio de habitación y parecida: mampara de baño de plástico, sucia y rota. Nada funcionaba ni el aire acondicionado, sin poderlo apagar y a 30 grados en la habitación. El cambio de mala manera. Pudimos comprobar que tenían habitaciones libres reformadas en la misma planta y nos dieron las que están sin ningún mantenimiento y sucias. Ni una disculpa. No sé de dónde salen las 4* porque no llega ni a 2*. No lo recomiendo.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno y que puedes aparcar el coche en la misma puerta gratuitamente. También la cama era bastante amplia y cómoda, al igual que la hab que era muy espaciosa. Sin embargo hay cosas a mejorar, no se entiende que en tiempos de Covid el personal (gran parte) iba sin mascarilla y la mayoría de los huéspedes italianos también sin mascarilla, y no se llamaba la atención por ello. Fuimos en pleno julio, con ganas de pegarnos un baño en la piscina después de estar todo el día fuera, pero no puedes acceder sin gorro de baño, que además tienes que pagarlo sí o sí. Por lo que me parece un abuso. La ubicación está muy bien tanto si tienes coche y te mueves con él, como si quieres ir al centro histórico de Lecce a pie. Está todo cerca. No sé si repetiría si vuelvo alguna vez a Lecce, pero hay cosas que deben mejorar si quieren dar un buen servicio en un hotel tan grande y con gente a todas horas.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but it was clean overall. The location is perfect for transportation and walking. Parking is included as well as breakfast, which was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a decent hotel with large and comfortable rooms, sufficient amenities, decent breakfast. It is what can be expected from a congress and group hotel, meaning there is no human touch. This is what I felt but I am not complaining and I would stay here again. The hotel is within 5-10 minutes from the historical city center.

A worn facility, very large with elevators and gated parking for maximum security. My room was large with a balcony. Breakfast was very nice with cooked eggs and bacon and the best tea selection yet! A bit of a walk and boring to the historic part. Staff was nice yet limited in doing extra to give suggestions. The area is run down. The lobby is huge and bleak- empty. No stairs for big bags! Several elevators.

There is nothing really wrong with this hotel and the location is excellent for walking into the old town (10 minutes to Naples Gate). Our room was big and clean but a bit tired. It’s a huge hotel really set up for conferences and events - it felt like staying in a school trip hotel. The signage is awful and took us a while to work out how to get in from the car park and then find reception. Not very personal but perfectly adequate.
