I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Location: the resort is about 15 km / 20 mins from Mui Ne beach, which is perfect as it’s away from the crowd, you can enjoy the peace and quiet without over tourism, but still close enough to get to Mui Ne by scooter or taxi. Service: really friendly and helpful staff, on our arrival day we got delivered a homemade cake as gift together with a little cute letter about the story of the “Kitchen gods”. Food: brekky is buffet style and offers quite a bit variety including fresh noodle station, fresh fruits, Vietnamese and western food. The restaurant has the perfect sea view. We also had lunch and dinner there, the menu is not extensive but offers good variety, price is of course a bit higher than other local restaurants that we have been in Vietnam but still not too over priced and totally justified with the sea view and quality. Hotel facilities: they offer free bike rental, free kayak, motorbike rental right from the hotel with minimal cost. The gym is small but nice. There’s also tennis court, squash and 2 swimming pools (including one amazing infinity pool). Rooms: I booked a deluxe garden view room and it came with sea view which I was positively surprised. I booked my parents a deluxe sea view room which is huge. Both came with balcony which is nice to chill. The bathroom is a bit old and worn but clean, I like the interior as it gives the local cultural charm so I don’t mind that some place feel worn. Highlight: the resort garden is huge and so beautiful! Beautiful flowers, lots of coconut trees, we spend so much time just roaming around the gardens. The private beach gives you peace and quiet to truly enjoy without external tourists. For these reasons I would highly recommend this resort!

Este es un lugar verdaderamente maravilloso. Las habitaciones están limpias, las vistas son impresionantes y el personal ofrece un servicio excelente. Nuestra estancia en el APEC Mandala en Mũi Né fue una experiencia increíble. El hotel nos ofreció todo lo necesario para unas relajantes vacaciones en familia. Uno de los puntos fuertes fueron las tres fantásticas piscinas, todas aptas para niños. Una de ellas tenía una zona especial para que los niños jugaran y agua caliente como un jacuzzi, ideal para los más pequeños. Cabe destacar que el acceso a la piscina no está incluido en la estancia y cuesta 150.000 VND al día para toda la familia, lo cual nos pareció razonable. La ubicación es perfecta si planeas visitar las cercanas Dunas de Arena Blanca, ya que está convenientemente situada para esa excursión. Sin embargo, está un poco más lejos del centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran la mayoría de las atracciones. Dicho esto, el transporte es fácil y asequible: un taxi cuesta entre 160.000 y 200.000 VND, o puedes alquilar una moto directamente en el hotel por tan solo 200.000 VND. Las comodidades del hotel eran excelentes y el servicio, de primera. El personal fue atento y amable, y la persona que nos atendió se esmeró para asegurarse de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario. Además, hablaban inglés a la perfección, lo que hizo nuestra experiencia aún más agradable. Aunque no probamos la comida del hotel, había muchas tiendas y restaurantes dentro del edificio que ofrecían comidas frescas, asequibles y deliciosas. Además, los supermercados del hotel tenían todo lo necesario, desde ropa de baño hasta artículos básicos de uso diario. APEC Mandala es una opción fantástica para familias o para quienes buscan una estancia tranquila y cómoda en Mũi Né, especialmente si visitar las Dunas de Arena Blanca está en su agenda. ¡Lo recomendamos encarecidamente! ¡Avísenme si necesitan más información!

Hotel Feedback Follow-up I reported to the duty manager regarding the reception staff’s attitude and the manner in which the matter was handled. I would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Nhi for her willingness to listen to and acknowledge the guest’s feedback. She addressed the complaint with a positive attitude and made every effort to improve the situation. Over the course of the two-day stay, her efforts at least allowed the guest to recognize the hotel’s sincerity. As a five-star hotel operating under an international brand, service attitude is of paramount importance if the hotel aims to attract more international guests. Mutual respect is essential. While the property may still be considered for future stays, those expecting a true five-star standard of service are advised to moderate their expectations.

Ubicación tranquila y agradable. Piscina estupenda. Habitación amplia y limpia. El desayuno estuvo bien. El personal es muy amable. Nos volveríamos a alojar aquí.

Poorest service ever. Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys. No aircon in elevator And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!! They just “support” to change the towel?!? What the hell is it called “support” here?

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Este hotel es muy bueno en el mar. Puede ver el mar a unas proximidades. El estilo del mar es muy bueno en el paisaje. El desayuno no es una autoayuda. Puede pedir una comida y bebidas principales. El alojamiento es una habitación del paisaje, y el entorno es muy conveniente. El camino está donde comer frutas del mar

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
