Супер уютная новая гостиница, безумно красивый интерьер, приятные тона и сервис просто замечательный. Парени на ресепшен хорошо говорят по английски и помогают с любыми вопросами. Завтраки вкусные, каждый день что-то меняли. Кофе, чай, соки, вода, хлеб для тостов, джемы, багет, суп, яйца или омлеты, также были отварные 1 день. Рис либо лапша, очень вкусный суп с куриными фрикадельками. Небольшой выбор фруктов и выпечки, йогурты.

¡Es un lugar fantástico! El hotel se encuentra en una calle estrecha llena de cafés, restaurantes y bares locales, y a pocos pasos del mercado nocturno. Realmente apreciamos el proceso de entrada. A la llegada nos ofreció un té de artícuo caliente, y el personal explicó claramente todo - dónde conseguir agua filtrada, cómo cambiar las toallas, dónde encontrar los elementos esenciales del baño, y cómo abrir la puerta delantera después de horas. También compartieron una lista de restaurantes y atracciones recomendados de Google Maps. Además, ofrecen secadoras de zapatos y plátanos gratis en la recepción - pequeños pero hermosos toques. Hay un ascensor, y gracias a ello no se toca en todos los pisos (como en muchos lugares!). También nos han mejorado de un cuarto de economía a un cuarto estándar, que incluye una pequeña zona de cocina con bañera, horno eléctrico, cocina, platos y herramientas. The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip. The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

Hoteles en El País Vasco: Este hotel es un hotel muy bonito con una zona de apariencia chica. Situado junto a muchos lugares de turismo. Los desayunos son super. La habitación es limpia, todo lo que necesitas está en ella!

El hotel es muy moderno, el restaurante tiene terraza y vista a la colina, muy bonito hall con decoración roja n verde.

Buen ambiente , gpod room. , the bathtub together witb a jaccuzi. Their area is large : neat and tidy arrangement.They also provide a schedule transfer bus from city center ＜-＞ resort .

Номер по размеру выше среднего, просторный, ванная большая. На этом плюсы почти заканчиваются. Уборка плохая: в ванной и на стенах пыль, разводы, следы после ремонта, создаётся ощущение грязи и запущенности. Сама концепция душевой странная — нет перегородки, во время душа вода летит во все стороны. Мы видели это на фото и были готовы, но на практике это неудобно. В коридорах полный хаос — никто не контролирует шум. На нашем этаже регулярно с самого утра и до вечера кричали дети, будто проходили какие-то мероприятия или утренники. Шум мешал спать и отдыхать, персонал на это никак не реагировал. В коридоре также постоянно ощущается резкий запах благовоний, иногда доходило до запаха гари, который даже проникал в ванную — неприятно. Завтраки посредственные: выбрать практически нечего, нормальной питательной еды нет, мясных блюд нет. Подойдёт только для лёгкого перекуса «для галочки». Wi-Fi нормальный, работал стабильно. Есть своя парковка, но она неудобная; тренажёрный зал небольшой, но с нормальными тренажёрами — в целом выше среднего по сравнению с другими отелями; расположение неудобное, рядом практически нет нормальных заведений, в основном места с низкими рейтингами, выбрать что-то достойное поблизости сложно.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
