Excelente ubicación en Fort Lauderdale, hotel con excelente relación calidad-precio

El Rocketstay es terrible. El dolor para usar, lento, amargo, comprobar en extraordinariamente tarde para que puedan cargar extra para comprobar en el inicio, muy pronto comprobar. Este lugar fue publicado en $130/night, y al final de las tarifas de los Rocketstay fue $200/night. No vale la pena.

Estaba convenientemente ubicado en la playa. Sin embargo, me sorprendió un poco descubrir que el hotel cobraba una tarifa de resort de más de $40 por noche, que no incluía tumbonas ni sombrillas. En general, el servicio fue bueno.

We recently stayed at GalleryOne - DoubleTree by Hilton in Fort Lauderdale for four nights, and overall, it was a decent experience with some highs and lows. Pros: The location is excellent—close to the beach and shopping malls, making it very convenient for a holiday. Our room was spacious, which we appreciated. We had a half view of the pool and half a view of the dumpster, though the latter was occasionally noisy. The front desk staff was accommodating; we arrived early, and the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which we were very grateful for. Cons: While our housekeeping staff was very sweet, the cleaning quality didn’t quite meet the standard expected from a Hilton property and could use some improvement. The pool was not well-maintained—it was dirty when we arrived, and despite our four-day stay, it was never cleaned. Overall, while the location and room size were great, the maintenance and housekeeping aspects need attention to meet Hilton’s usual high standards.

Solo reservamos porque este hotel tiene un paseo a la playa desde la parte trasera... Bueno, les cuento... Encontramos una joya que visitaremos siempre que podamos. La descripción de resort es perfecta. No solo tiene un paseo a la playa, sino que también tiene el ÚNICO Tiki Bar en la playa de Fort Lauderdale. La comida es excelente (¡y soy crítico!) y el servicio... ¡Guau!... ¡Un saludo a Marcy! Nos atendió en el desayuno en la playa y fue increíble. Tenía café listo desde muy temprano para ver el amanecer. Lo recomiendo a familias, parejas y grupos, ya que tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Hay un restaurante italiano de alta cocina, un spa excepcional, una tiendita encantadora y mucho más... ¡fue increíble! No tengo palabras para describir lo increíble que es.

During our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean. In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile. This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.

Location was beautiful & the room was to my liking but I absolutely believe that my experience could’ve been better. Before booking, I called to confirm if early check-in at 6:00 a.m. was available and was told it could be accommodated for an additional fee. I booked through Trip.com based on that information. When I arrived around 6:00 a.m., the front desk agent, Keisha, was extremely unwelcoming and nonchalant. After explaining that I had called ahead, there was no compassion, no apology and no effort to help. Had I known this, I would have stayed elsewhere. It wasn’t until I started calling other hotels to accommodate me that she finally decided to check room availability. She made it up in the last but After a long flight, this was very disappointing; especially for my first stay. If you have an early flight and your reservation does not have a “early check in” note, go elsewhere! Chances are less that I will return. Service: 1/10 Rooms: 8/10 Overall experience 7/10

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, al otro lado de la calle, con vistas al mar. Es un hotel antiguo, pero el personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó mucho durante el registro. Me alojaría allí de nuevo.

Cumple para pasar una noche como nos paso a nosotros por emergencia, pero si requiere más mantenimiento para que la estancia sea un poco mejor. Algo de lo que si deberían preocup**** es que se prohíba fumar en las habitaciones. Y actualizar el aire acondicionado.
