UUsuario invitadoWe really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))

UUsuario invitado.The hotel left a mixed impression. Despite the excellent reviews and not being the cheapest option, we were overall disappointed.
Starting with the positives:
A very convenient location in a pleasant, green, and quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. There are plenty of great cafés, small shops, restaurants, and wine bars nearby.
Polite and friendly staff at the front desk.
Interesting room design.
Spacious parking available for hotel guests.
Large rooms.
Now the downsides:
Thin walls and creaky floors made it very difficult to sleep. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent. The young couple staying in the next room was clearly enjoying their time together, which unfortunately meant a very uncomfortable experience for us. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy — not only did it hum loudly when running, but it also made constant knocking sounds.
The breakfast was exceptionally poor. The only “hot” items seemed to be the coffee and a dishwasher, which, oddly enough, was placed right in the middle of the breakfast area.
There were two small TVs in the room, both positioned very inconveniently for viewing, and neither had streaming services available.
The housekeeping staff was intrusive — within a 20-minute period, they knocked on the door three times (and even tried to open it once), apparently trying to hurry us out, even though it was still before checkout time.

KKamamo BailonHotel was a smaller limited service boutique hotel. Locating was great for our needs (Trailblazers game) as we we're only a few minutes away from the Moda Center. The hotel is a minimalists dream. The room come across a a college dorm room, but is clean and uncluttered. It had a restaurant bar in the lobby with a Korean inspired menu. The bar draws locals from the area and had a really good vibe. Parking is $50 per night, but there options such as street parking with totals about $20 a day (Strange street parking rates...well strange to me at least 🤣) or parking garages near by for about half the cost of the hotel parking. The room rate was an awesome plus and the location made it a no brainer for us.

UUsuario invitadoVolamos desde Hawaii, nuestro vuelo se retrasó 3 horas, así que llegamos al hotel a las 4:00, la chica del conteo se iba a la izquierda y nos vio entrar al hotel con equipajes sin decir una palabra, pensábamos que se había ido un poco, y ¡No hay ningún otro hombre en el lobby que intentaba ayudarnos a encontrarla, pero no hay suerte!
Nos cansamos mucho y esperamos en el lobby durante media hora, finalmente se llevó a entrar y nos dio la llave de la habitación, sólo se tomó como 2 minutos.
Si fuera tan simple, por qué no sólo nos entregó la llave a nosotros cuando llegamos, tratamos de hacer llamadas, pero el teléfono se acercó justo delante de nosotros en el contenedor con nadie en el interior, es muy frustrado.

KKirillLa ubicación es buena, pero hay mucha gente sin hogar cerca del hotel. La habitación era limpia y cómoda, el desayuno era realmente bueno. Lo malo es que no hay aparcamiento gratuito (ofrecen $59 valet estacionamiento que es super caro). Si tienes suerte encontrarás algunos lugares de estacionamiento gratuitos durante la noche cerca del hotel (es gratis de las 7:00 a las 8:00), así que recomendaría este hotel si viajas sin coche.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel smells like Christmas morning because of the fireplaces and the scent diffusers, very cool feature I haven't seen anywhere else. Very nice front desk staff, windows that open, fireplaces, and despite an ongoing renovation there wasn't any chaotic banging / drilling or paint, they kept everything very professional. There are 3 different Marriot properties all next to each other in this area, this Residence, the Fairfield and the Courtyard. They all sort of share the same parking lot, it feels secure, although you get some loud cars coming through and this hotel is right off the highway exit, so some people complain about car noise. I didn't notice / mind it that much. For some reason the nightly rates went way up since I stayed here, from around $108 to now over $170 before taxes. At the initial rate, it was an amazing deal and the best Residence Inn by far. At this new price it's still a solid, very clean and professional hotel but I think it's priced too expensive relative to the amenities.

__M1861199****I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel.
We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms.
I want to be very clear about the nature of these items:
The box was full and intact
It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature
The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room
These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies
Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that:
The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and
No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept.
At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications.
These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

AAdam ValentinerEl hotel es un hotel hipster con un carácter único para acomodar la zona central, y mis niños adolescentes les gustaban la habitación y la tienda de café adyacente. Sin embargo, me sentí un poco pequeña, especialmente el baño y la habitación podría utilizar algunas actualizaciones como más instalaciones como toallas y almacenamiento para maletas. La habitación no estaba cerca de ser reformada recientemente, por lo que las fotos pueden ser un poco engañantes. También me peleé con el estacionamiento hallé muy estresante tratar de encontrar el estacionamiento, planeando pasar alrededor de $40 al día en estacionamiento un día si usted está conduciendo mucho. El estacionamiento nocturno que es aproximadamente 10-15 minutos a pie no está en el sitio y es sólo $20 por noche, pero no se siente seguro después de las 10:00 para caminar por el problema sin hogar en la zona. No creo que vuelva a este hotel. No me siento como si este fuera un hotel de 3 estrellas, le daría un 2.5 de 4 o 5 estrellas. El desayuno era un continente al mejor. Pasteles con jugo o café y fruta. A veces proporcionan yogur o harina de ovejas boxeada y leche de ovejas pero nada especial y llegar allí antes de las 9:00 o allí puede salir de los artículos. Portland tiene muchas cosas divertidas que ver, pero debido al problema sin hogar, buscaría recomendaciones para las mejores atracciones y estudiar las zonas problemáticas. Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.
