Even though you were late in picking me up and nearly making me late for my own connection? GACK! I'd say the company puts a lot of money into the lobby and the exterior. Sadly, once you step off the elevator, everything is a little shabby, torn and run-down. Perfect to lure in the traveler who won't be coming back."

My friend and I booked the same type of room at the same price with no discount, but upon check-in, she (a regular member) received a new room with new amenities (grey door), while the diamond member's room was an older type (old wooden door). The room had poor soundproofing; we could hear footsteps from upstairs."
