This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.

La habitación es muy grande, limpia y cómoda. El personal de recepción es amable y tiene desayuno incluido. No nos gustó nada que fuera con platos y cubiertos de plástico, es muy cutre y un desperdicio completamente innecesario. El hotel está en una buena zona al lado del río, el único problema es que pasa una carretera con bastante tráfico, pero la verdad es que dormimos bien.

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

Un lugar estupendo para alojarme con mi familia. Está muy bien ubicado, ya que puedo acceder fácilmente a mis lugares favoritos. De ahora en adelante, siempre me hospedaré allí cuando vuelva a Filadelfia.

El hotel tiene un buen personal, pero un ruido terrible en la habitación. Además de las aire acondicionado, hay una ventilación forzada que golpea en la cama y ruidos como un motor de avión. No se puede desactivar, así que toda la noche fue un gran ensayo. También en el corredor a las 5:00 todo el tiempo fue ruidoso debido al limpiar el asiento.

Juan en el escritorio delantero ahorró el día como necesitaba cambiar dos habitaciones - la primera era sucia y la segunda huele a humo. Juan se aseguró de que me dio una habitación que era limpia e incluso se fue conmigo para asegurarse. El personal es amable y profesional.

El hotel no estaba a la altura de la atracción. Había un equipo de deportes que se quedaba allí, y sólo 2 ascensores, así que había una línea para esperar al ascensor. También había una sola persona en el escritorio, así que, otra vez, una larga espera para el check-in. Cuando dije: ”¡Ay, realmente necesitas ayuda aquí,” la mujer dijo: ”No, estoy bien. Tengo tres hijos, puedo manejar esto!” (Bueno, no te preocupes, señora!) También, el costo de estacionamiento es $25, de lo contrario puedes estacionar en la calle (Absolutamente no hay espacios!) La habitación era adecuada, el lugar era limpio, pero no valía la pena el precio alto.
