We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. Pros: The resort was really nice and the staff were really friendly! Additionally, there was a large selection of food and drinks to choose from, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The facilities were also amazing. There is access to a private beach, with many sun loungers and multiple separate deck areas too (if you don’t prefer somewhere sandy!). The entertainment team are sure to host many events nightly also, so there is plenty to do on sight such as: live music, darts competitions, bingo etc. Cons: In terms of the rooms overall cleanliness, it was clear to see that there were numerous water marks and stains on the cabinets, mirrors and in the bathroom. When housekeeping would arrive, it would seem as though they were only replacing bed linen and re-stocking towels (as opposed to vacuuming, mopping or wiping surfaces). On another note, one member of the entertainment staff (Hilal) was overly flirtatious and inappropriate (towards my partner) - both of which made my boyfriend and I extremely uncomfortable. So if you’re planning on travelling here as a couple, probably take note of this and be conscious of your surroundings.

La ubicación del hotel es buena de encontrar, hay un hermano pequeño en la puerta para ayudar con el estacionamiento, el equipaje, etc., pero el estilo de decoración del hotel es general, pero la habitación sigue siendo muy buena, hay un balcón al aire libre, muy cerca de la playa, mirando es una gran piscina. La habitación está muy insonorizada y no hay ruidos fuertes. Sin embargo, los otros servicios del hotel son más generales, las reservas de Ctrip no incluyen desayuno, en comparación con el precio del hotel, el precio es promedio, pero el saneamiento ambiental en general es muy bueno.

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

Franchement rien à dire l’hôtel et tout simplement parfait nous avons passée un excellent séjour avec ma femme je vous le recommande le service et au top les chambres très propres N’écoutez pas les commentaires qui vous disent que c’est un mauvaise hôtel l’hôtel et très très sympathique

Personal muy amable, servicial y cortés, buena comida en el restaurante Luigi. Ubicación perfecta para tomar el ferry y visitar las islas griegas o el centro (20 minutos a pie).

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

Muy buena relación valor-Precio. Sencillo y con todo lo necesario para estar unos días en Bodrum. Excelente ubicación, lindo patio para descansar y la atención muy amable. Muy buena opción para viajar solo o en parejas
