The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. Aunque el servicio de comida y bebida podría ser más rápido, mis expectativas de un hotel 5* es más alta y, desgraciadamente, este no es un hotel 5* pero gran estancia para 6 noches....minus los problemas!

The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very professional and well-organized 👌. The cleanliness in the corridors was excellent ✨. We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition. When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟. Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts. • The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete. Overall, it was a truly luxurious stay, with friendly staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended 🌟.

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

Muy buena relación valor-Precio. Sencillo y con todo lo necesario para estar unos días en Bodrum. Excelente ubicación, lindo patio para descansar y la atención muy amable. Muy buena opción para viajar solo o en parejas

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

Personal muy amable, servicial y cortés, buena comida en el restaurante Luigi. Ubicación perfecta para tomar el ferry y visitar las islas griegas o el centro (20 minutos a pie).

Bonito hotel grande, pero el baño podría necesitar una pequeña renovación. A 40 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad de Bodrum.
