Este hotel es un hotel de estilo pet en Hua hin con un suplemento 1500THB por mascota/ noche. El servicio es excepcional. Sólo un comentario es la habitación estándar que está situado en el edificio A o B sólo en el primer piso. El edificio A tiene pasos y no hay rampas, entonces si tienes caminar perro, el edificio A no es muy conveniente mientras el edificio B tiene rampas a tu habitación - no hay pasos. El hotel debería considerar que si hay mascotas, entonces usted debe asignar el edificio B para más conveniente - no el edificio A. Para este viaje, yo había sido asignado al edificio A, entonces necesito mantener y llevar a mi perro a los pasos todos los días - realmente no conveniente

We stayed two nights in this place and I have no negative feedbacks with place. For the price we paid, I am very satisfied with the room it's very clean and most of all no bad smell. There's no full breakfast available but you can get free coffee and snack on the rooftop. But there's a big refrigerator, microwave and kitchenette in the room so we always buy food and drink and stock in the refrigerator. We will definitely stay again in this place.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Riva Hua Hin. The atmosphere was romantic, peaceful, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable, making us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the tranquil surroundings and the beautiful views, which created a memorable and intimate experience. If you’re looking for a romantic escape in Hua Hin, Riva Hua Hin is an excellent choice. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I booked this place for my dad’s birthday and requested a simple birthday card for him, but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They beautifully decorated the bed with towels shaped into “HBD” and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made the celebration feel extra special and memorable. The service from every staff member was truly amazing. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and meaningful. Small details like this made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. The hotel itself was also beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a getaway and quality family time. Everything was well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my dad’s birthday so special. We were honestly very touched and impressed by the kindness and effort from the staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional service. 💖

UR Huahin Residence was a different kind of place. It's an inconvenient 45 minute walk from Hua Hin's centre/Beach but the complex is self sufficient. All you need is there, so long as you have transport. It's true what others say - most of the offerings on the menu of their restaurant (Yellow Bus), are pricey, and the inclusive buffet breakfast is meagre. No other restaurants nearby and a 600 m walk to a 7-11. That said, the pool is first class and we'll kept. A laundry service on site, is great. I thought I was getting a mountain-view room but ended up on a low floor facing the parking lot - bearable for just four days. High floor suites are apparently reserved for long term snowbirds who rent by the month. Service replacing amenities was daily and generous. Suite was generally clean except for a few small dead insects found upon arrival, that may have crawled in from the pigeon nest on my balcony next to the a/c exhaust. In a pinch, I'd stay here again because the price is fair.🙂

El servicio de recepción del hotel fue muy amable. Aunque me cambiaron de habitación a una superior, en general es un hotel antiguo. Pero algo que me satisfizo mucho fue que el suelo estaba impecablemente limpio. No noté nada de polvo al caminar descalzo. Era una habitación para no fumadores, pero el humo de la habitación de al lado se colaba en mi habitación. La ubicación también es buena; tanto para ir al mercado nocturno como al mercado tradicional, algunas atracciones no están muy lejos.

Initially, it didn't seem too good on the eye. Walls were a bit old, and it wasn't a fancy room at all. Give it some time and this small niche might feel as cozy, if not luxurious. There's a little balcony as well if one likes an evening drink or just to lounge. Internet is pretty good. Considering it's a hostel-cum-hotel, it was pretty quiet and calm. The location is somewhat good and makes it accessible to markets and other touristy spots around. You can walk east to meet the beach after 20 minutes. I think I might come back here. For solo travelers, it's a good recommendation (2-3 nights max).
