El hotel debería considerar que si hay mascotas, entonces usted debe asignar el edificio B para más conveniente - no el edificio A. Para este viaje, yo había sido asignado al edificio A, entonces necesito mantener y llevar a mi perro a los pasos todos los días - realmente no conveniente

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Riva Hua Hin. The atmosphere was romantic, peaceful, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable, making us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the tranquil surroundings and the beautiful views, which created a memorable and intimate experience. If you’re looking for a romantic escape in Hua Hin, Riva Hua Hin is an excellent choice. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again in the future.

I like this hotel and have stayed here many times. The beds are comfortable, the reception staff is good, and the breakfast selection isn't huge but not bad. However, what I dislike every time I stay is the bathtub. It's unnecessary, and the way the shower is positioned inside the tub forces guests to climb in and out, which is inconvenient and dangerous. Also, whether you're showering sitting or standing, water spills onto the floor, making the bathroom wet. The shower head is also mounted very high, making it impossible for short people to reach. This really needs to be fixed as it's a major weakness.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I booked this place for my dad’s birthday and requested a simple birthday card for him, but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They beautifully decorated the bed with towels shaped into “HBD” and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made the celebration feel extra special and memorable. The service from every staff member was truly amazing. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and meaningful. Small details like this made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. The hotel itself was also beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a getaway and quality family time. Everything was well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my dad’s birthday so special. We were honestly very touched and impressed by the kindness and effort from the staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional service. 💖

Buena ubicación de la habitación La cama es suave y cómoda. Buena piscina para niños. Hay muchas piscinas profundas. Pero el gran tobogán recto tiene una pendiente pronunciada para los niños. El desayuno está bien según los estándares. Hay un coche que te lleva a la piscina junto al mar, frente a la playa, buena piscina, buena playa, divertida para que jueguen los niños, no es peligrosa. En general bien, el personal está sonriendo y cuidándote muy bien.

Initially, it didn't seem too good on the eye. Walls were a bit old, and it wasn't a fancy room at all. Give it some time and this small niche might feel as cozy, if not luxurious. There's a little balcony as well if one likes an evening drink or just to lounge. Internet is pretty good. Considering it's a hostel-cum-hotel, it was pretty quiet and calm. The location is somewhat good and makes it accessible to markets and other touristy spots around. You can walk east to meet the beach after 20 minutes. I think I might come back here. For solo travelers, it's a good recommendation (2-3 nights max).
