- Great easy check in experience. Best I’ve had
- The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo.
- Bathroom has a bath
- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

Ttyc311La habitación es muy buena. Es una casa de dos dormitorios con dos baños. El propietario se comunicará con usted antes del check-in y habrá una persona dedicada para ayudarlo con el check-in. El propietario dijo que si reserva por más. La próxima vez, durante más de siete días, podrá recogerlo y dejarlo en el aeropuerto de forma gratuita. Además, el propietario también ofrece servicios de alquiler de coches. Me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga a BGC.

LLimor14Good thing is the hotel is located in uptown shopping area a walking distance to shops & restaurants.
The problem was the ACU in the bedroom 2 is leaking, there were roaches roaming in the unit. The shower is not draining properly and only 1 tissue was provided, you need to buy in the nearest shops.
Pay parking per day is P300 which is cheap.
You can request a checked out time at 12nn, instead of 11pm while waiting for your transport.

UUsuario anónimoMy family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

ZZhangjiantianyaThere’s only one towel in the room for showering. No tolerance to the early check in and late check out, no clear message for the check out reminder except for a tiny paper when I check in. I arrived at the hotel at 8 am due to the early flight and waited for 4 hours before they allow me to check in, otherwise there’s additional charge. They also charged me additional fee for 2 hours late check out. Will not visit again, maybe I’m a bad customer for you.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a little challenging experience at first during check-in. I informed that owner that we were coming for check in around 1am. Coming from abroad, I had no sim card nor internet. The security guards were kind enough to call the owner using their phone. However, the owner NEVER ONCE answered our calls. Although, when I messaged them in the website, (I had to use my out-of-state roaming which I know will charge me extra), they were quick enough to get back to me. My only question is what's the point in having a contact number when you can't even answer your phone? The self check in process would have been smoother if they answered our calls. Other than that the room was really nice. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed longer.

Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country
Like USA(I am Asian and American raised )
As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs:
Promptness
Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME
(Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late .
I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening
