Hoteles cerca de Estadio McKinley Hill, Taguig

The hotel itself is just okay. Not very exciting but it’s comfortable. It’s definitely a business hotel. Good to note that they have 2 buildings. One side was renovated recently and is much nicer. The hotel is walking distance to the main areas of BGC which was really nice.

The unit is spacious, clean and well furnished with all the essentials. The host made sure everything is set before check in. There is also option to book for a parking slot for an additional fee. The view from the 34F unit is amazing! You can see the view of Laguna De Bay on a clear day while BGC skyline at night. A lot of options for restaurants in the area that’s just walking distance. Uptown and Mitsokoshi malls are also options for shopping malls. Will definitely book again!

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

Don’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates, with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.
