MMaxx SteelAt first I was hesitant to book again in this hotel due to my previous experiences with their branches particularly the very basic amenities they offer, but my recent booking on this newly renovated hotel changed my impression. Definitely worth booking and the rooms are much more nice and location is best especially for those planning to head north of Negros.

UUsuario invitadoEverything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent.
Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

AAtty Mich HortonNos quedamos desde diciembre 4–6, 2025, y tuvimos una experiencia agradable en general.
La limpieza del hotel era buenas habitaciones y las áreas comunes estaban bien mantenidas.
El personal del frente de escritorio era amable y muy profesional en el tratamiento de nuestras preocupaciones. Ella manejó la situación con facilidad e incluso arregló una actualización, que realmente apreciamos.
También tienen un sistema de ascensor muy interesante nos sorprendió en un principio, pero finalmente nos acostumbramos a él, y añadió un divertido, un toque único a la estancia.
El desayuno fue platado, con opciones limitadas, que es el único desastre de nuestra estancia.
En general, fue una buena experiencia y definitivamente vale la pena volver a ella.

*Kaso my 2 ipis lumilipad sa loob ng room.
*Aircon necesita ser limpio. Menit! Nag trata din ako magask if puede magpalipat desde mencionat. Y nos permitieron naman el día siguiente. Siguro kaya pumayag kasi sira flash nila sa comodidad habitación.
Personal: Amigable, siempre sonriendo y útil.

TTrisha BeltranIts a wonderful getaway malinis naman mabango yung Linens. Subrang luma lang noong table under the tv daming crack and dents. Naka smart Tv natin hindi ka ma bobored dahil my YouTube.
I like it kasi malapit sa SM, 15pesos lang each nasa SM kana wala pang 1km. Approachable naman mga staff, sya pa nag take photo sa amin since Valentines noong time na yon

TTaehyungshieThe place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful.
The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks.
We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access.
Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand.
P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.

UUsuario anónimoThe air con was not really working that well, no (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap nor shampoo was there) like indicated in the e-receipt. The service was not really that urgent when it comes to costumer’s needs but overall, it’s good for the price. I hope the service will be much more attentive.
