No esperaba que la habitación fuera tan limpia, todo era blanco y huele bien. Excepto la toalla no tan bonita tela. Pero en general vale su dinero.

In terms of Staff and Cleanliness, it’s all good. The shower however is terribly inacceptable and hope manage will do something about this or better yet, provide a bucket and a dipper (typical filipino style of taking a bath). Apart from that it’s all good. Perfect for a someone who is looking for a cheap stays and who are also can adapt. Free wifi. Aircon is working very well.

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. The staffs are very accommodating. The place is aesthetically beautiful.

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

I booked 2 rooms for our Davao trip. Hotel is located within the city proper,walking distance to Roxas night market, San Pedro Cathedral, City Hall and People's Park.Staff are friendly and helpful,special thanks to Jmaes who assisted us with our morning coffee 😀. Rooms are spacious enough but not so clean,and have faulty faucet in our bathroom and shower leaked in the other room,they did fix it after we complained about it.

Lo que me gustaba: - buena ubicación - excelente servicio al cliente - hermosa recepción - el desayuno era auténtico y delicioso Lo que no me gustaba: - se encontró el cocodrilo en mi habitación - las habitaciones y baños están muy fechadas en necesidad de desesperado para un descanso, a pesar de algunos esfuerzos de renovación desde mi última estancia a principios de este año - La TV es bastante sólo una decoración en la habitación, alrededor de 4-5 canales están disponibles con poca calidad de señal, sin exageración es imposible ver. No una TV inteligente, así que no YouTube o Netflix para mantenerte entretenido, si usted decide quedarse aquí, - es un valor pobre para el precio/noche, el reciente aumento de precios realmente no es justificable

The location is very convenient for me going to the airport, only thing I am disappointed a little bit the shower isn't working 😁 I collected water in a bucket for shower and for brushing teeth 😅. The Electric Kettle won't work either 😔. I hope the staff will check it properly(room 18) . The rest I'm happy for the service. I invited my aunt and my cousin in my room just to get some stuff and they went after I'm glad staff are not so strict. This my my 2nd stay in that hotel next trip I'm still want to book and stay
