Muy bien ubicado e ideal para familias con niños pequeños, ya que hay muchos entretenimientos para ellos, como el Sunway Lagoon Park y la piscina separada diseñada para los más pequeños, la habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue muy amable.

The Studio Suite did not match the photos shown online, and the overall condition of the unit felt poorly maintained, which made the experience very disappointing. In the afternoon, the floor drain became clogged, causing water to back up and emit a strong, unpleasant odour that significantly affected the comfort and hygiene of our stay. I informed the owner promptly, and maintenance attended to the issue. The problem was resolved, and I appreciate the quick response and assistance provided in this matter. However, there were several other unresolved issues. The water heater was not functioning properly. The water was slightly warm at first, but quickly turned completely cold, resulting in all of us having to shower with cold water, which was extremely uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was that the bathtub stopper was broken and had been removed and left aside without any repair or prior notice. We were unaware of this issue and placed it back during our shower, only to realise later that the bathtub could not drain properly. The bed linens were visibly dirty and were not changed. These issues were only discovered when we returned at night. As it was already very late, we did not feel comfortable disturbing the owner or maintenance again. Unfortunately, these accumulated problems had affected our overall stay and led to a very poor experience. Overall, the room maintenance were far below acceptable standards, and this stay did not meet reasonable accommodation expectations. I sincerely hope that the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements.

I stayed 2 times in Mixx Hotel. There are 2 type of room, the new part of the hotel which has more amenities, netflix & youtube tv selection, water kettle, bigger bathroom and bigger room. Where there’s also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there’s a small fridge inside. However the older type of room has some mold parts on the ceiling which is kinda humid, and not as clean as the new type of room. The photo that I uploaded is the newer type of room.

The best location because you can just get off and go straight to Sunway Piramid Mall, there are also many food stalls around, the room is quite spacious with a small kitchen and washing machine, unfortunately the bathroom needs to be repaired and cleaned more because it is dirty

It was so cool and good, but I’m not fully satisfied with the view. The TV was dusty and the bed was not very clean as well. But the reception and the overall place were really good.

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.

Wonderful stay for the night with family, big room with separate bathrooms which is a huge plus for me. Although the area is a bit quiet but you have convenient stores nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great value for a short stay. Only downside is there's no heater for shower but everything else is top notch for a budget hotel.

Great hospitality from Front officer Mahidul. And all the staff are so friendly.. Thank you all.. and as an 3star hotel hotel are so clean from others hotel cleanliness no issue. And when I need them they are always ready to help guest this is so amazing..thanks

My 4th or 5th time here. Tv broken. Shower head broken. Need to held by hand. Room is spacious got window 😃. The location is strategic. Restaurants & convenient store just few minutes walk. McDonald's at back. No lift & my room at 2nd floor.

性價比非常高的酒店，但是呢，離雙威學校太遠了，走路基本上是不可能到的，如果要打車去購物或者學校的話，其實不划算了，因為打車都得二十多塊，這個酒店的設施是可以的，比較新，但是有油漆和塑料的裝修味道原本可能是一個足球俱樂部的招待所，沒有什麼人在管理，沒有值班的人員衹有一台入住和離店的機器，如果在平台上訂會被重複收取時馬幣的旅遊税，記得找店員退退一下，前提是你能找得到店員
