UUsuario anónimoVery comfortable and clean. It is easily accessible to shopping mall and food, makes the stay really convenient. Service is perfect, there is clear instruction on check in, check out.
All the basic amenities are available such as hair dryer, towel, body wash, shampoo, bottle water, electric water boiler etc. TV, hot water is also available. The surrounding is quiet, ideal for good comfortable stay

AAndhika HartawanThe location is very strategic, near Sunway Pyramid Mall dan Sunway Medical Centre. Best choice if you want to go to Sunway Medical Centre and want a cheap hotel. And one of the best thing is they have an elevator now!

UUsuario invitadoThe Studio Suite did not match the photos shown online, and the overall condition of the unit felt poorly maintained, which made the experience very disappointing.
In the afternoon, the floor drain became clogged, causing water to back up and emit a strong, unpleasant odour that significantly affected the comfort and hygiene of our stay. I informed the owner promptly, and maintenance attended to the issue. The problem was resolved, and I appreciate the quick response and assistance provided in this matter.
However, there were several other unresolved issues. The water heater was not functioning properly. The water was slightly warm at first, but quickly turned completely cold, resulting in all of us having to shower with cold water, which was extremely uncomfortable.
What made the situation worse was that the bathtub stopper was broken and had been removed and left aside without any repair or prior notice. We were unaware of this issue and placed it back during our shower, only to realise later that the bathtub could not drain properly.
The bed linens were visibly dirty and were not changed.
These issues were only discovered when we returned at night. As it was already very late, we did not feel comfortable disturbing the owner or maintenance again. Unfortunately, these accumulated problems had affected our overall stay and led to a very poor experience.
Overall, the room maintenance were far below acceptable standards, and this stay did not meet reasonable accommodation expectations. I sincerely hope that the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements.

AAlongaipaizhao性價比非常高的酒店，但是呢，離雙威學校太遠了，走路基本上是不可能到的，如果要打車去購物或者學校的話，其實不划算了，因為打車都得二十多塊，這個酒店的設施是可以的，比較新，但是有油漆和塑料的裝修味道原本可能是一個足球俱樂部的招待所，沒有什麼人在管理，沒有值班的人員衹有一台入住和離店的機器，如果在平台上訂會被重複收取時馬幣的旅遊税，記得找店員退退一下，前提是你能找得到店員

Although the bathroom drainage was a bit slow and the water pressure was not very strong, it was still usable. Two of the four power sockets were not working, but there were enough for charging my devices. The room did not have a window and the lighting was slightly dim, which made it feel a little damp at times. However, the lack of a window also meant that the room was very quiet, with no noise from the street, allowing me to rest well. Overall, it was a budget-friendly stay that suited my needs.

La ubicación es un gran acreedor. Está situado en el complejo Da Men Mall, que es increíblemente conveniente. Tiene acceso directo a una variedad de restaurantes, cafés, supermercados y tiendas sin ir incluso afuera. También está muy bien conectado – sólo un corto paseo del puerto de comida de Taipan USJ y un rápido paseo 5-10 minutos a la estación de LRT para fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad de Kuala Lumpur. El único punto menor es que puede ser un poco ocupado alrededor de la zona de la tienda, pero la conveniencia lo supera mucho.
