Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado en JB. El servicio fue impecable. Nos dieron galletas calientes cuando nos registramos. El viaje desde la aduana hasta el hotel fue una caminata de 10 minutos. Queríamos reservar el agarre pero el conductor del agarre no nos recogió. Entonces tuvimos que caminar. Es un poco caminar por la pequeña acera, pero no estuvo tan mal. Llegamos y las cálidas sonrisas de todos nos saludaron. Llegamos alrededor de la 1.30 pero nuestra habitación no estaba lista. La recepcionista, Mastam, dijo que nuestras habitaciones estarán listas a las 2 o más, así que esperamos. Exactamente a las 2 me llegó un mensaje de WhatsApp diciendo que nuestra habitación estaba lista. Creo que registraron mi nombre y correo electrónico en la membresía de Hilton, si no me equivoco. Realmente no tomé fotografías de la habitación, pero el baño es enorme y espacioso con bañera. ¡Me encanta! Salimos a almorzar y cenar. Regresé al hotel con agua llena. Incluso había dos vasos y agua al lado de nuestras camas. No estaba allí cuando nos registramos. ¡Me alegré mucho porque con este clima necesitamos hidratarnos! Sin embargo, hay un inconveniente. ¡Hacía mucho frío! El aire acondicionado nos estaba matando. Tuve que usar calcetines y chaquetas para dormir porque el aire acondicionado era increíble. Lo apagué para ventilar y fue un poco mejor. El desayuno estuvo bueno. Me encanta el rincón de los zumos. Podrás decir entonces qué jugos quieres. Pedí manzana y apio. Muy feliz con eso. Había muchas opciones de comida. Indio chino malayo. Prata, siewmai, roti bom, roti jala, nasi lemak, mantou, rincón de copos de maíz, rincón de queso y ensalada, rincón de pan, helado, budín de pan. Ahhh me encanta! También te preguntarán al principio si quieres café o teh tarik o café tarik. Definitivamente regresaré otra vez. Normalmente no le doy 5 estrellas a todo, pero todos se lo merecen. Me encanta. ¡Gracias!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and our infant, and overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable experience. One of the biggest highlights of the hotel was the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for our stay. It was reassuring to have a tidy environment, especially when travelling with an infant. The room was also sufficiently comfortable for both my wife and me, and we appreciated being able to return to a clean and relaxing space after a long day outside. The location of the hotel was superb and, in my opinion, one of its strongest advantages. It was very convenient for getting around and made it easy for us to access nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and other facilities. This was especially helpful when travelling with an infant, as convenience and accessibility are important when you have additional luggage and baby essentials to carry around. The excellent location saved us considerable time and made our overall trip much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself also provided a comfortable environment for a family stay. The overall experience was pleasant, and the staff were generally helpful and courteous. We appreciated the convenience and the fact that the hotel provided a good base for our trip. Regarding breakfast, I would say that the taste was average. There was a reasonable selection of food, but the overall quality and flavour did not stand out as much as the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate and sufficient to start the day, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of taste, quality, and perhaps the variety of food available. For guests who place a strong emphasis on breakfast, this may be one area where the hotel could improve its overall experience. Overall, I would say that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The clean room and superb location were the main highlights for us, particularly as we were travelling with our infant. Although the breakfast taste was only average, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. For travellers looking for a clean and conveniently located hotel, especially families travelling with young children, this hotel is certainly worth considering. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to consider staying here again in the future, especially because of the excellent location and the cleanliness of the room.

¡Nuestros familiares tuvieron una estancia muy agradable aquí! 🥰 Los niños amaban el apartamento, especialmente el área de deslizamiento y juegos. De hecho, se disfrutaron tanto que incluso el salón se convirtió en su área de dormir por la noche! 😂 The location is great if you are planning a trip to Legoland, as it's just a short drive away. La unidad era limpia, espaciosa y bien equipada con lavavajillas, pan, herramientas, placas, bolos y tazas, lo que lo hizo muy conveniente para familias con niños pequeños. Un pequeño punto para los padres: el esquirro tiene algunas esquinas, por lo que puede ser necesario un control adicional para los niños menores. As for the surroundings, there are not many attractions or eatings within walking distance, so you will probably need to drive to places like KSL City Mall or Paradigm Mall for shopping and dining options. En general, fue una estancia cómoda y agradable. La limpieza, el diseño familiar y la proximidad a Legoland lo han hecho una excelente elección para nuestra familia, y los niños ya están preguntando cuándo podemos volver! ❤️

Hotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

HighIy recommended this homestayyyyyy!! was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated - perfect for taking photos. modern furnishings and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. even late evening check-in process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. host was accommodating and understanding about the timing. location was really convenient surrounding by a lots of delicious foods, and most importantly KSL city mall just nearby with 3mins walk only. cleanliness and aesthetic details really stood out. Would definitely book again for my next jb trip!!

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

The outlook of the hotel looks great but the inside the room not so favorable. There was blood stain on bedsheet, and aircon one moment warm, one moment super cold … not sure what to think of it 🥲 The bed, not so comfortable to sleep on and very low level, for elderly not really good for them Room size is small and a little squeeze for 2 persons. The bathroom lights are too dim Breakfast wise, not so fantastic. Would recommend eat out since near by have many eatery options

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment only to find out it was a studio and a 2 bedroom next to each other. Check in was pretty straight forward and there was plenty of parking lots for guests. Room has a stale smell but the toilets were stink with sewage odour, even the air freshener we bought couldn't mask the bad odour. We also killed 2 cockroaches in the washrooms. Seems like these apartments were vacant for some time. Don't think I would stay in this apartment in future.

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.
