Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado en JB. El servicio fue impecable. Nos dieron galletas calientes cuando nos registramos. El viaje desde la aduana hasta el hotel fue una caminata de 10 minutos. Queríamos reservar el agarre pero el conductor del agarre no nos recogió. Entonces tuvimos que caminar. Es un poco caminar por la pequeña acera, pero no estuvo tan mal. Llegamos y las cálidas sonrisas de todos nos saludaron. Llegamos alrededor de la 1.30 pero nuestra habitación no estaba lista. La recepcionista, Mastam, dijo que nuestras habitaciones estarán listas a las 2 o más, así que esperamos. Exactamente a las 2 me llegó un mensaje de WhatsApp diciendo que nuestra habitación estaba lista. Creo que registraron mi nombre y correo electrónico en la membresía de Hilton, si no me equivoco. Realmente no tomé fotografías de la habitación, pero el baño es enorme y espacioso con bañera. ¡Me encanta! Salimos a almorzar y cenar. Regresé al hotel con agua llena. Incluso había dos vasos y agua al lado de nuestras camas. No estaba allí cuando nos registramos. ¡Me alegré mucho porque con este clima necesitamos hidratarnos! Sin embargo, hay un inconveniente. ¡Hacía mucho frío! El aire acondicionado nos estaba matando. Tuve que usar calcetines y chaquetas para dormir porque el aire acondicionado era increíble. Lo apagué para ventilar y fue un poco mejor. El desayuno estuvo bueno. Me encanta el rincón de los zumos. Podrás decir entonces qué jugos quieres. Pedí manzana y apio. Muy feliz con eso. Había muchas opciones de comida. Indio chino malayo. Prata, siewmai, roti bom, roti jala, nasi lemak, mantou, rincón de copos de maíz, rincón de queso y ensalada, rincón de pan, helado, budín de pan. Ahhh me encanta! También te preguntarán al principio si quieres café o teh tarik o café tarik. Definitivamente regresaré otra vez. Normalmente no le doy 5 estrellas a todo, pero todos se lo merecen. Me encanta. ¡Gracias!

We recently completed a 3-night stay in August at St. Giles Southkey Johor Bahru, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a comfortable, convenient base in JB that offers great value without breaking the bank, this hotel is a solid choice. The Highlights: Impeccable Service: The staff were truly excellent throughout our stay. They were polite, attentive, and very prompt in assisting with all of our requests. Family-Friendly: Traveling with a little one can be tricky, but the hotel kindly provided a complimentary baby cot, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. Room Quality: The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a great night’s rest after a long day of exploring. Areas for Improvement: Lobby Fragrance: The scent/fragrance used in the main lobby was quite overpowering. It hits you right when you walk in and could be toned down a bit for a more pleasant arrival experience. Breakfast Spread: While there was a wide variety of food options available, several hot dishes were lukewarm or cold, which unfortunately took away from the taste and overall breakfast experience. Verdict: Despite the minor hiccups with breakfast and the lobby scent, the cleanliness, fantastic service, and sheer convenience make St. Giles a great value-for-money option in Johor Bahru. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block. After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes. Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats! Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.

Todos fueron grandes, también comunicativos y fáciles de obtener instrucciones. Simplemente algunas reacciones sobre el calentador de agua, es tan difícil controlar la causa del calentador que puede estar cocinando caliente y es demasiado difícil dochar a los niños con la ducha impredecible. La escalera también puede ser una causa peligrosa de la rigidez y le lleva a la pared, tal vez un aterrizaje suave contra la pared y el suelo ayudaría a aliviar la ansiedad de los niños jugando alrededor de la escalera. Además de eso, fue genial.Gracias por eso, cerdo.

Bien mantenidos habitaciones! Muy cómodo estancia. Sé que la sala de estudio principal sólo 1 por nivel, pero la vista es agradable. Especialmente en la mañana despierta hasta el sol. El desayuno fue generalmente bueno. La única cuestión es que nuestra clave de tarjeta no podía funcionar y causaba molestias para bajar y repararla. ¡Yo y los niños tuvimos que esperar y no hay aire acondicionado en el área de ascensor. El personal en realidad llegó con mi marido para abrir la puerta porque no saben por qué no pueden validar la clave!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Space Residency. The location is great, as it’s very close to KSL, making it convenient to explore the area and find food and shopping nearby. The self check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The instructions provided were clear and easy to understand, so everything was hassle-free. The room had a beautiful moon-themed design that made it feel cozy and unique. It was well-equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient for a longer stay. The washroom amenities and towels were also provided, making the stay even more comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful view from both rooms. Waking up to such a nice view really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Space Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near KSL.

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Great location and very convenient for getting around. The customer service team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The only area that could be improved is the hygiene and cleanliness, which could be better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The outlook of the hotel looks great but the inside the room not so favorable. There was blood stain on bedsheet, and aircon one moment warm, one moment super cold … not sure what to think of it 🥲 The bed, not so comfortable to sleep on and very low level, for elderly not really good for them Room size is small and a little squeeze for 2 persons. The bathroom lights are too dim Breakfast wise, not so fantastic. Would recommend eat out since near by have many eatery options

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.
