Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

HHoSL¡Tuve una buena estancia en este hotel! El personal de recepción fue súper eficiente, amable y educado, lo que facilitó enormemente el registro de entrada y salida. Incluso nos permitieron entrar antes, ya que la habitación estaba lista, ¡lo cual agradecimos mucho después de un largo viaje! Me encantó que nos dieran información útil desde el principio, como dónde está el dispensador de agua (cerca del ascensor) y la validación de tickets del aparcamiento. La ubicación es estratégica, cerca del pueblo y de las atracciones que queríamos visitar. El aparcamiento en el sótano era práctico y estaba bien mantenido. La habitación era satisfactoria, equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. También hay una encantadora cafetería en la planta baja con un diseño moderno, perfecta para pasar una tarde relajada con un café. ¡También sirven pasteles deliciosos! En resumen, una estancia agradable con buen servicio y una ubicación conveniente. ¡Muy recomendable!

UUsuario invitadoLa elección de comida para el desayuno es muy mala. El precio no vale la pena. Es mejor tomar la comida en lugar de pagar el desayuno buffet, pero la comida es muy pequeña. nasi lemak es imprescindible durante el desayuno en cualquier hotel. La ensalada tampoco tiene sosej n baker bean baratos. Café y pan baratos también. Los niños cobran en la habitación 18, pero no hay mucha comida disponible para ellos. Platos, tazas y cubiertos tan caros y sucios. Recarga lenta de comida, incluso muy poca opción de comida. piscina no segura.

UUsuario invitadoFor the price, I think it is a reasonable option. However objectively:
1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking. The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about. To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.
2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews. However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.
3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both. They only cleaned 1. I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.
4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.
5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.
6. The staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).
7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible. It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.
All in all, it was a decent stay. Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

UUsuario anónimoOverall, the stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues:
Master Bedroom: The ceiling fan was not working, and there were ants and mosquitoes present.
Room 2: The mirror was broken.
Room 3: No hangers were provided.
General: The hair dryer was damaged and unusable.
Gym Facilities: The gym is very run-down, and many machines are not working.
Toiletries & Linen: Only hair and body shampoo were provided. Towels were old and worn out, and the bedroom sheets were not very clean.
On a positive note, the infinity pool is nice and well-maintained, which we did enjoy.
However, the issues above significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. Proper maintenance, cleanliness, and better provision of basic amenities are strongly needed for future guests.

LLShannonWe travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful.
The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow.
Will definitely recommend this place to others.
The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

SSnowflakes✨Nice place for a short stay at ipoh! The room was comfortable with aircond and a water heater, which made it convenient. Location is great too ,just a short walk to Mydin, terminal bus amanjaya and lots of food options around. Really handy for a quick trip.
