We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Recomendado para escapadas cortas. La hospitalidad es muy buena, desde el vestíbulo, y el registro fue muy fluido a pesar de la gran cantidad de gente haciendo cola. El servicio de té y desayuno gratuitos es excelente. Llegué tarde al último té y me prepararon café y todos los condimentos. Desde mi suite hay una bonita vista; se puede ver el aeropuerto de Heathrow y el teleférico. La desventaja es que el ascensor es demasiado lento y tarda en hora punta.

La mejor experiencia por su precio, recomiendo el hotel si planea pasar unas vacaciones en Genting a un precio asequible, solo asegúrese de tener un vehículo personal ya que su ubicación está un poco lejos de la carretera principal. El recepcionista es amable al darnos una habitación comunicada ya que inicialmente reservé 2 habitaciones, el desayuno es tipo buffet y hay varios alimentos para elegir, lo cual es interesante y vale la pena.

Reservamos un apartamento de tres habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño. Es limpio, espacioso y el diseño es elegante. La única pega es la falta de papel de cocina; el que nos dieron era como un pequeño pañuelo.

No hay WiFi, pero todo lo demás estuvo bien. Hay aire acondicionado en cada habitación y en la sala de estar. El check-in fue fácil, solo hay que ir al mostrador. El agua caliente del calentador también fue muy agradable.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

Room look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor. 1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall. 2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort @Guest if need to stay here please check the room first. If uncomfortable please ask the lobby customer service for change. .

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.
