Nos lo pasamos absolutamente increíble en The Scapes Hotel. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba impecable, con una decoración estupenda y sábanas frescas. El desayuno buffet era delicioso, ¡con una gran variedad de opciones! El personal fue atento e hizo todo lo posible para asegur**** de que estuviéramos cómodos. Definitivamente regresaré.

La mejor experiencia por su precio, recomiendo el hotel si planea pasar unas vacaciones en Genting a un precio asequible, solo asegúrese de tener un vehículo personal ya que su ubicación está un poco lejos de la carretera principal.
El recepcionista es amable al darnos una habitación comunicada ya que inicialmente reservé 2 habitaciones, el desayuno es tipo buffet y hay varios alimentos para elegir, lo cual es interesante y vale la pena.

A nice place to stay. Location wise is slight far from Sky World Genting but with a vehicle this is not a problem at all. Comfortable and very relaxing. Buffet breakfast was awesome too with so many choice and very delicious. Service staff was good too. My room door was spoilt but they quickly attended to it after I raised the issue to them. I also like that there is a sofa in the room. I would definitely come back again if I come to Genting Highland next time. Recommended!

Location was about 10mins to GPO, 20-30mins drive to SkyAvenue. Within 5mins drive have few restaurant, shop and convenience store. And petrol station also. As per other review, road to the hotel not so smooth and very dark at night.
Room was clean and spacious with 1 king bed and sofa bed. Comfort bed and pillow. Nice size smart TV with local channel. Have free basic complimentary mineral water, coffee and tea. Have electric kettle, fridge and safety box inside.
Amenities such as pool, gym, playground is shared with midhill residence.
Free carpark.
⛔door no extra lock, no lock at bathroom door also.
⛔Our room was on 10th floor, whole night have 'not sure' a/c compressor or exhaust fan sound from outside. Wall quite thin, can hear next door shower water sound also.
But, for RM130++ night is considered a good bargain as we came during Hari Raya peak season.

This was our 3rd time staying in this hotel.
Everything about this hotel was great; the price, the room, the amenities and of course the breakfast.
Will book this hotel again through Trip.com the next time we visit Genting Highland.

Overall an alright room however sound proofing was really bad with corridor neighbours making a lot of noise early in the morning. Could hear literally everything, affecting our rest time. Location was out of the way and not advisable if you do not have your own vehicle. Roads leading towards the hotel was dark and there were no street lamps, can be quite dangerous.

Amenities wise and space can’t complain. Infact worth for the money. Only concern on location as all Genting activities at the hills and got to take taxi quite often
