One of the top hotels in Ipoh. Quite a big hotel, with 13 floors (including a bar and infinity pool at the rooftop). The twin room is a comfortable size for 2. All amenities provided, including complimentary snacks and 2 canned drinks in the mini bar. They've also installed a filter tap beside the basin in the bathroom that provided free flow drinking water. There's also a hot water dispenser provided at the lobby.
The rooftop pool is a fair size and you get a lovely sunset view too. It's also accessed controlled by room card, ensuring exclusivity for in-house guests. There's also a gym but I didn't check it out.
I love the creative Christmas tree in the lobby that had little towel animals, a running train and hand written greetings.
The hotel is also connected to Ipoh Parade mall, providing great convenience.
The hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and supper from 11pm to 2am! Breakfast is common but Supper is pretty innovative. Though the spread is limited to 1 savoury and 1 sweet item, the idea itself was a feel-good worthy thought. The breakfast spread is rather standard but quality is so so, I did enjoy the Nasi Lemak station and Chee Cheong Fun.

La 3ª vez que disfrutamos aquí con mis familias pequeñas, tenemos un buen tiempo para quedarse aquí, la habitación, la comida y todo es excelente. La habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia para 2 noches de estancia es tan cómoda. Durante esta estancia en general muy satisfecha con el precio dado y el personal del hotel forma de hospitalidad son los mejores. Seguramente hará otra visita en el futuro

Beautiful house and very clean. Clear check in and out instruction. Very responsive host. I love their bed, it is really comfortable. Spacious living hall. Best part, they provide Netflix! Bonus point, free wide visitors parking.

Overall place is ok.Water pressure are nice having bath.downside is sound proof is not that good as can hear upper floor moving the chair around and kids jumping.and no paper slippers provide.

The room is okay and I got it for a reasonable price through trip.com app.
There's free parking for this hotel so that you don't have to pay for public parking hourly rate.
There's vending machine at outside the building for any snack that you want. Other than that, there's oldtown white coffee restaurants just beside the hotel and Jisoo korean fried chicken. Both is quite nice.
Here no lift, only stairs so leg day exercise 😅 not suitable for old age people .
Overall a simple and nice room with a strategic location.

Excellent place for a family of 7. The apartment is really clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The location is great as there are many shops within walking distance. Contactless check-in and check out was well-thought out. So easy for me as the person-in-charge, Michelle, sent me detailed instructions. Highly recommended.

YYeong WoeiLa habitación es grande, pero vieja. Es necesario pagar 1 aparcamiento por día. El desayuno es excelente. Los niños menores de 12 años pagan. La piscina está bastante sucia ya que no hay control, cualquiera sin el traje de baño adecuado puede simplemente saltar. Los alrededores no están mal, con la orilla del río y el jardín japonés cerca.

I paid extra for it, but when I arrived at 9 AM, many items were already finished. When I asked if they would refill the food, the staff response was sarcastic. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, they only refilled scrambled eggs and a small amount of fried chicken. th veriation for the food very little. The rice was also available, but there were no other dishes to go with it—just rice! Other guests were also unhappy, but no further action was taken by the staff. In the end, my family had to settle for just hashbrowns and hotdogs. Thankfully, the front desk staff was polite and comfort, but overall, the kitchen service was bad very bad. We ended up ordering from GrabFood.

KKL visitor 2025This hotel is considered quite good with this price and the location is quite near to the town. Moreover, they are providing breakfast, even though they don't refill the milk and the choice of food is not that much. But with the price given, I think it is reasonable. Oh.. one more weak point of this hotel is that the surrounding areas are quite dark and silent, and there is no convenience shop within walking distance.

JJeffery CYI recently had the pleasure of staying at Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay.
The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right.
One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much!
Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes.
Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. For the value it offers, Symphony Suites Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice on our next visit to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel lugar muy estratégico. Cerca de Ipoh Prade. Si está interesado en comprar Muruku. Puedes ir a Kampung Kacang Putih a unos 20 minutos del hotel. Si usaste agarrar. Fácil de conseguir. También a unos 30 minutos de gunung lang. Si usa KTM solo alrededor de 15 minutos. Lugar muy estratégico si quieres quedarte. Lo recomiendo 😊👍

But it’s cozy. There’s a nice French restaurant downstairs. It not very high end but it works for a few nights stay. Love that it was near task cermin.

UUsuario invitadothis is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

- clearly can improve cleaness, the dust is everywhere. Window is dirty too. The bedsheets can be improved too, some had stains and small holes.
