Celebración de cumpleaños: ¡Un viaje a Sokcho preparado por mi esposo! 🎂😍 ❤ Durante un viaje de dos noches y tres días a Sokcho con mi esposo, 🏨 nos hospedamos en Around Sokcho, y fue un alojamiento realmente satisfactorio 😊 Para empezar, me sorprendió lo cómodo que era para el precio. 😃 El precio era razonable, alrededor de 90 000 wones por dos noches, pero las instalaciones y la limpieza superaron mis expectativas. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Nos alojamos en una habitación con dos camas individuales en el séptimo piso. ¡Guau! La habitación estaba muy bien equipada con el purificador de agua más moderno, hervidor eléctrico y vajilla, así que pudimos usarlos cómodamente. 🚰🚮🚻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 El baño también estaba muy limpio y cómodo, y los productos de higiene personal tenían un aroma agradable, así que me sentí bien todo el tiempo que los usé. 🫠 🏨 La ropa de cama también estaba limpia y en buen estado, lo que hizo que durmiéramos de maravilla. Aunque nos asignaron una habitación con vista a la ciudad, también podíamos ver el océano a lo lejos, lo que lo hizo aún más gratificante. Con una pequeña pero bonita terraza e incluso una mesa de té en la habitación iluminada con una luz encantadora, el lugar estaba en tan buenas condiciones que mi esposo y yo no parábamos de decir durante nuestra estancia que debíamos volver. Otra gran ventaja fue que había tiendas cerca, como supermercados, Daiso y Olive Young, así que pudimos comprar todo lo que necesitábamos al instante. El aparcamiento era amplio, así que no tuvimos que preocuparnos por dónde estacionar, y como estaba a solo 10-15 minutos a pie del mar en Sokcho, era perfecto para un paseo tranquilo. Disfrutamos de las vistas nocturnas y subimos a la noria, así que lo pasamos de maravilla.

El hotel está muy bonito, limpio, bien mantenido.  La habitación igual está muy grande, limpia, moderna con todo lo necesario. Está cerca del parque. Lo único malo es que vía la app kride no hay drivers cerca pero en la recepción les puede llamar un taxi y llegan en unos pocos minutos. Está ubicado un poco en las afueras de la ciudad, no hay mucho por hacer alrededor (hay un CU a 10 minutos caminando, y están baños públicos). Solo hay que tomar eso en cuenta pero el hotel está precioso para descansar y estar cerca del parque. 

Location is amazing if you want to hike in Seoraksan as it’s right at the entrance and saves you from driving and parking or being subject to public transport woes. Hotel is a bit run down, and room service / restaurants have limited food selection but there’s a tiny unmanned convenience store at the lobby and if you drive out a bit there’s quite a lot of food. They do charge for everything including extra bottled water so just keep in mind if you’re wanting anything extra. Would still recommend staying here if you’re wanting to hike the mountain as the views are super good and the location near the park entrance is also fantastic.

1. Poor Room Layout and Lack of Consideration for Female Guests There is no dressing table/vanity. Without one, there should at least be a mirror positioned where I can sit down to apply makeup, but the only mirror is located by the entrance (where you put on shoes). I tried using the bathroom instead, but the lighting is so poorly placed that it reflects off the mirror, making it impossible to see my face clearly. Furthermore, the hairdryer cord is so short that I can’t even look in the mirror while drying my hair. The lack of consideration for female guests is appalling. 2. Unreasonable Trash Disposal Policy Guests are required to sort and dispose of their own recycling. I don’t understand why a guest staying at a hotel is expected to do the housekeeping. To make matters worse, the trash disposal area has no roof, so if it’s raining, you have to either hold an umbrella or just get soaked while throwing away the trash. 3. Unmanaged AV Room There is an AV/Game room, but no staff members are stationed there to manage it. This means if one team decides to monopolize the equipment and play for hours, there is no way to intervene. There is clearly no oversight or system in place to ensure all guests get a fair turn.

We arrived early at the hotel and we were hoping to be able to leave our luggage in a luggage room . When we got there , there was no staff on the Reception desk as the hotel operates a non face to face check in . This is fine but we do not speak or read Korean and we were unsure what we had to do . Eventually after two hours we managed to check in using Kakeo talk . Very frustrating to have wasted that time . It was also confusing because our room was not actually in the hotel but next door in the hotel across the road . The room it self was brilliant . Very clean and spacious Lovely bathroom with enclosed shower . Tv , fridge and washing machine . The hotel was across the road from the beach so that was brilliant . It seemed a long way from the main part of the beach and any restaurants where we could eat ..

We stayed 2 nights, and the owners were really kind and friendly and invited us to sing and play Korean songs along with them and other families in the stage they have in the basement. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my whole trip in South Korea. The room and water were warm and well suited for the winter. They upgraded our room for free and there was so much space with sink, fridge, sofa and table included. The breakfast every morning is delicious and filling, preparing you well for a day of walking in the mountains. 설악산 was beautiful coated in the white snow. The location of the hotel is great too, as there is a frequent bus that takes you to the park in no time, as well as to the city when you first come or when you leave the last day. I hope I can come back again to visit the park during different seasons, and I will definitely would like to stay in this hotel again. Thank you for everything. Gracias, 감사합니다 😄

I took an Uber from the bus terminal and was dropped off at Building C because I just typed the hotel name — it happened to be the first building we passed, and I didn’t know that it wasn’t the main one. Building C has no reception, so I went up to Level 4 (if I remember correctly) for the kiosk check-in. It was a bit laggy, but I managed to complete the process and was assigned a room in Building A. I’m not sure if all rooms with the Ondol (heated-floor) type are in that building. I had to walk to Building A with my two suitcases, which took around 5-7 minutes — not too bad, but it felt a bit of a hassle after a long trip. The location, however, was really good. If you love catching the sunrise, you can simply wake up early and walk for about 2 minutes to the beach. I also booked an Uber ride to Seoraksan National Park for a 5 a.m. hike, which cost ₩17,500. The room was quite spacious, especially for a solo traveler. The only downside was that there’s no bidet or smart toilet. You might also want to bring your own large towel, as they only provide small ones, and no toothbrush kits — although there’s a vending machine on the first floor for toiletries and slippers if you need extras. The heating floor worked perfectly, and the room was very clean. It’s well-equipped with cooking and dining utensils, a built-in electric stove, a washing machine, and a large fridge — ideal for longer stays. There are also plenty of convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants on the first floor, and several attractions are within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — comfortable, clean, and convenient for both short and long visits in Sokcho.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente porque está cerca del lago Cheongcho y el puerto de Dongmyeong está justo al lado, ¡así que es realmente genial! Las instalaciones de conveniencia son convenientes ya que hay una tienda de conveniencia en el primer piso y hay un estacionamiento en el quinto piso, por lo que el estacionamiento es conveniente. El desayuno se puede comprar a un precio un poco más barato haciendo una reserva con antelación, pero yo no lo usé, así que no sé cómo es. Las instalaciones interiores son muy limpias y únicas, ya que es una residencia estilo una habitación con lavadora y cocina de inducción, ¡pero no puedes usarla! El refrigerador incluso tiene un congelador, por lo que es excelente para guardarlo incluso cuando viaja. Aunque el cuarto de baño no tiene bañera, está separado en un cuarto de baño, ¡así que es agradable y limpio!

Me encanta Sokcho. Es un pueblo muy agradable. Puedes encontrar mucha comida local y disfrutar de mariscos frescos.

были тут на одну ночь. в принципе не совсем далеко от пляжа. в номере чисто. на ресепшене работают адекватные ребята. плохо что даже в комплекте воду не дают. в принципе можно переночевать ночьку пару
