UUsuario invitadoEstá un poco lejos para ir caminando al pueblo. El tráfico y la carretera están muy concurridos, sin una pasarela adecuada, lo que hace inseguro para turistas como nosotros. En general, es un buen hotel si prefieres un lugar tranquilo.

Luna siempre recordaba el nombre de cada persona y siempre la veía sonreír cada vez que regresaba al hotel.
-¡Una experiencia de hotel de cinco estrellas con súper rentabilidad! La atención se nota en cada detalle.
-Se le proporcionará una bebida de bienvenida (Virgin Colada) y maní picante al registrarse, y también habrá una pequeña tarjeta en el sobre con frases locales simples.
-El aceite esencial de limoncillo fresco de la habitación huele muy bien y la bañera está situada de forma exclusiva junto a la cama.
-Los jardines están bien cuidados, el bar de la piscina es interesante y los asientos están colocados en el agua.
-El restaurante tiene comida local muy auténtica, exquisitamente preparada. Combinado con el descuento de restaurante que se otorga al hacer el check-in, es muy rentable. El servicio de camareros es atento y atento.

Olvidé tomar fotos, pero la habitación era grande y las instalaciones estaban completas.
※ Aunque los dientes de adultos son grandes, por lo tanto, si está interesado, especialmente en mujeres, debe llevarlos con usted.
No hay problema especial en la ubicación, y si usas un coche en Grab, puedes ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad inmediatamente, por lo que no causará ningún desconvenio.
Me preocupa que, porque necesito usar el Wi-Fi para trabajar, pero puedo usarlo sin presión, como la velocidad.
El desayuno es muy valioso y en espacios amplios.
Cuando salí, cerré la puerta con cuidado y puse la habitación en la puerta, pero gracias por su amable respuesta al personal 々.
En otros casos, el personal también respondió con satisfacción.
Las camas y los baños también son limpios, y si tengo la oportunidad, me gustaría quedarme.

LLAURORA LUNAThe room is pretty clean, and I love it when I first come in and the AC is on, giving a cool down vibe, especially during this hot summer. The cute towel decorations were adorable. We enjoyed our stay here. The space is big enough. We just hope they build a door for the bathroom because it’s a bit open space that isn’t being used. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would consider staying here again. ✨

UUsuario invitadoJust perfect, from A to Z. The kind of hotel you would recommend to anyone and the kind of hotel you would come back with no hesitation. Beside the great infrastructure, the staff is just so professional and so kind. They are full of great advise, they anticipate your needs, they go the extra miles. The restaurant (we experienced breakfast and dinner) is delicious. Everything is home made (jam, sorbet,…), tasty, well seasoned. Rare to mention, we haven’t been able to find any downside. Last but not least, price are reasonable for this level of comfort and this level of service. In a nutshell, we highly recommend this boutique luxury hotel (only 25+ rooms), a true hidden gem.

KKSea 14-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night!
The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything works well (aircon, hot water showers, refrigerator, wifi, and cable TV with news channels from a half dozen countries like CNN). Fourth, it is in a quiet location less than 15 minutes from Angkor Wat, and only a $2 tuktuk ride to Pub Street or anywhere else in Siem Reap.
But then you notice the best part: the outstanding hotel staff. For example, the Front Desk Manager Phyrun personally helped me when I could not make my room keycard work, and even brought me a bucket of ice. Originally I booked five nights during Chinese New Year with Trip.com discounts for $39/night, but he gave me a free upgrade from a garden view double with king bed to a pool view room. I liked it so much I wanted to extend, but the best I could find online was $41/night garden view, $51 for pool view. I asked Phyrun if I could get the upgrade again if I bought the $41 online, and he said no – but he smiled and said he would give it to me for $40/night the Khmer rate instead (normally $50 for barangs like me)!
The restaurant had other examples of great staff. Some days the restaurant is overflowing with several hundred guests, other days only a few dozen. Yet they maintain the quality and personal touch from the egg and soup station, to the bountiful buffet, to the waiters and waitresses that clear the tables. The Restaurant Manager Somedy and his Assistant Manager Chhaiya keep it all flowing smoothly. Even on the busiest day, waitress Chanthla took the time to show my Khmer friend’s elderly stepmom the way they fold the napkins. Today the espresso machine was not working for a while, so Chhaiya offered to have a waiter drive over to the sister hotel to bring me lattes. I repeatedly declined, but was very impressed by the excellent customer service attitude.
So the real beauty of this French chateau style hotel is its employees, including very efficient housekeeping and grounds staff. I checked out the “5-Star” Sokha Resort on the other side of its convention center, but did not like it half as much (especially for 70% more per night). Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap.

В каждой секции есть зона отдыха, рассчитанная на два номера, большой холодильник, зона для приготовления пищи Но никакой посуды для приготовления еды нет.
Номер большой, просторный, удобная кровать, высокая и мягкая, есть локальное освещение, что очень удобно.

HHumphrey JrThe hotel was pretty nice for the affordable price. The service was good, both receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The location was pretty convenient to visit the city center and night markets. There are a lot of bars and restaurants along the street, we really enjoyed that. Our room was on the first floor so it was a bit noisy in the mornings because other guests came to have breakfast at the lobby which was also on the same floor and a few meters from our room. Despite that, everything was very good.
