The hotel is new and located in the centre of centre. We like to room design and amenities. However, there are many downsides too. It was very busy even we stayed on the top floor. The AC system or air circulating system made room was extremely dry that all of us had to wake up a few times to drink water every night. Onsen was also small and busy.

Wonderful location! A straight walk from Hakata Station (or you can take one stop on the subway). The hotel is right outside the subway station. Very short walk to Canal City too. A 24h pharmacy nearby with an AEON mart at the basement. There's good food around too. Really great location but if you stay the STAY ROOM type, please note that you will be facing a huge cemetery 🥲. It's mostly hidden by trees but you absolutely can see it. The hotel is right infront of the cemetery. Other room types won't get that view thankfully. There's a free to use public bath, free ice pops, and free to use microwave. Washing machine outside is paid per use. You can see the status from your room. STAY ROOM washing is free with detergent provided 👍 Service was great initially. Check in team aided with my requests. However, checkout team was not the best. I arrived at the counter, confused and in a rush but the team in the morning all stood behind the counter, leaning their backs to the wall. I utter a word of question and nobody came forward to help. I tried to figure it out myself, by slotting in the card, then finally someone came forward, no talk no acknowledgement, tapped some stuff - all in japanese - and then nothing. I was confused, then one of the English speaking stuff said ”all done”... I was very unimpressed with this service. Especially with the sight of all of them leaning against the wall when I obviously needed help. Really a downer to a good stay.

El hotel cuenta con tres tipos de habitaciones/cabañas: cápsulas regulares, cabañas privadas y cabañas privadas premium. Las cápsulas cuentan con un vestuario separado para guardar sus pertenencias; las cabañas privadas tienen su propio vestuario dentro, además de una mesa y una silla. El hotel estaba limpio y agradable; al registrarse, le entregan toallas y tickets para cada día de su estancia por si necesita cambiarse. Los artículos de aseo y la limpieza de la habitación son a petición. No puede usar los baños ni las duchas de 11:00 a 15:00 debido a la limpieza, pero puede usar libremente el salón con microondas, manga y agua caliente, y su propia cabaña/cápsula.

Excelente ubicación como es sólo un 3-min paseo a la estación de Hakata. El check-in y check-out fueron libres de fuss, ya que tenían máquinas de autoservicio que el personal de servicio estaba dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel no tiene un gimnasio para los huéspedes que están dispuestos a ejercer. En general, fue una estancia cómoda.

After a full day of exploring Fukuoka, being able to come back and enjoy a massage immediately was a lifesaver, cutting the fatigue in half. This amenity completely elevated the stay. 2. Thoughtful Amenities Strategy: The room provided basic toiletries like toothbrushes and towels. Even better, the hotel lobby offered additional, well-known brand skincare products (like facial wash, lotion) and more oral care items for guests to take as needed. This approach minimizes waste while catering to higher needs. 3. A Pleasant Surprise – In-Room Hair Straightener: Another delightful discovery! A hair straightener was already provided in the room. This was particularly appreciated, as many hotels only offer one upon request. As someone who really needs it to maintain smooth, sleek hair (even though the provided shampoo/conditioner were decent), this thoughtful inclusion saved me the hassle of asking and added a touch of convenience I truly valued. 4. No Smoke Smell Issue: Even though we stayed in a smoking room, there was absolutely no residual smoke smell. The air was fresh, showing the hotel's dedication to thorough cleaning and ventilation. 📍 Unbeatable Convenient Location The location is another major selling point, incredibly convenient whether for transportation or exploring the city on foot: · Transport Hub: Within walking distance to Hakata Station, and conveniently situated between two subway stations, making trips to the airport or other parts of Fukuoka very easy. · Culture & Shopping Paradise: · Within a 5-minute walk to Kushida Shrine, the Old Town Museum, and the Art Center, perfect for soaking in traditional culture. · Just a 15-minute walk to Canal City Hakata and the Naka River side, ideal for shopping, dining, and sightseeing all in one go. · Super Convenient for Daily Needs: There are two convenience stores right downstairs, perfect for grabbing drinks, snacks, or a late-night bite anytime. 🛎️ Service & Facility Details · Charging-Friendly: While the number of power outlets wasn't excessive, the room came equipped with a multi-purpose charging cable. This was a very considerate touch for modern travelers, providing a backup even if you forgot your adapter or a specific cable. · Peaceful Nights: The room had good sound insulation. We only heard an external vehicle (like an ambulance) once, so overall sleep quality was undisturbed. · TV & Entertainment: The channel selection was limited, but for guests focused on exploring the city, this wasn't an issue at all. · Breakfast is a Must-Try!: Highly recommend adding breakfast! The roasted beef bowl, seafood bowl, and Japanese curry were exceptionally delicious, exceeding the standard of typical hotel breakfasts. The most surprising part was that the breakfast buffet included unlimited wine, which is quite rare and made for a perfect start to the day.

The location is excellent, right at the entrance of the Hakata station beside the taxi stop. Which is great for calling an Uber to and from the airport international terminal. The service is excellent, and the room was clean. The room was really small so should probably try to book a king size room if I visit again. The hotel has a coin laundry with 3 machines which is useful. But lots of people take turn using it so better keep an eye on the status via the room TV.

¡Ubicación excelente! El hotel está justo al lado de la estación de Hakata, lo que facilita enormemente los desplazamientos. La parada/terminal del autobús lanzadera al aeropuerto también está a pocos pasos, y el trayecto desde o hacia el aeropuerto de Fukuoka dura tan solo entre 20 y 25 minutos. Una ventaja inesperada fue el sillón de masaje en la habitación, perfecto para un viajero cansado después de un largo día. (Nota: no todas las habitaciones disponen de sillón de masaje, así que conviene consultarlo al reservar).

Muy buen lugar para quedarse y súper cerca de la estación de trenes, en esta zona te puedes mover rápido por la ciudad.

La ubicación del hotel, el nivel de limpieza de cada área, etc. es muy buena. Sin embargo, hay 2 puntos de mis comentarios y espero que el hotel los mejorará. 1) El baño en el hotel es un poco hueco y se extende a la habitación. Supongo que la ventilación del baño no funciona muy bien. 2) En el cuarto, la salida de la climatización es polvo. Sugiero que el hotel sea limpio y mantenga más regularmente para mejorar la higiene de la habitación.

La habitación es muy pequeña, y es un poco difícil para dos personas abrir sus maletas al mismo tiempo tuvimos que hacer turnos. Además, todo era muy bueno. El desayuno era abundante y variado. La gente de la ciudad se ha vuelto a la ciudad, pero no se ha vuelto a la ciudad.
